The self-service check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. The room is spacious and fully equipped, with comfortable beds (2 double beds and 2 single beds) and separate spacious bathroom and toilet. The room is also equipped with modern facilities, such as flat-screen smart TV, projector and free WiFi, which increases the overall comfort of my stay. In terms of geographical location, the LACER OKINAWA NAHA MIEBASHI is located nearby Miebashi Station. Several major attractions can be reached on foot from the hotel, including Kokusai-dori Street and Makishi Public Market.

It would be better if providing enough extra amenities (such as toothpaste and slippers) for multi-day stays.

My friends and I really loved the huge pull-down movie screen! The beds were large and comfortable, and we felt that everything was clean and convenient. Great location!

Be mindful of anyone in your party who would struggle with getting up and down the ladders. They were more difficult than they looked in photos, especially at night. We all agreed that for longer stays of 5 days or more, surrounding curtains for the beds would be nice for a bit of privacy now and then, but this wasn't a deal breaker.

It was a little bit tricky to make the check in through the app since you are required a link that Booking will delete from the messages. So it became a bit difficult to make the process

We have spent just one night in this hotel. Our family room was ok. There were 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds upstairs. The mattress was maybe more hard, but ok. There were quite lot of restaurants nearby. However, some of them wanted to have reservation. The taxi from/to airport took only 15min.

We had a great two night stay at Lacer. The room was spacious and clean. The bunk beds, projector, and screen were fun for the kids. The hotel is located close to Miebashi station and within a 15 minute walk to restaurants and shops in Kokusai-dori. We loved our stay!

Affordable room- very clean. Check in is a little clunky- may improve over time as a new hotel. We have stayed at other unmanned hotels- that were a little more seamless.

The projector in the room was good- only the inbuilt speakers made it a little challenging to hear.

Big room, comfortable, good facilities. Had openable window to get fresh air.

No staff on site, need to video call back to their office for assistance. No facility to hold your luggage after checkout, before your onward journey.

Such a cool space! Perfect for our family of 5. 3 adults and 2 children.

The mattresses were hard as a rock. If they could update the mattresses this place would be perfect
