I enjoyed my stay at Comfort Inn Naha Tomari Port. The lobby and dining area are stylish, and the staff are friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, with a firm mattress. The laundry room had two washers and dryers, laundry nets, and a soap vending machine. Each morning I was greeted by friendly staff welcoming me into the dining room for breakfast, which was all fresh and tasty. There's a MaxValu grocery nearby that's open 24-7, as well as a FamilyMart and 7-11. There are also a couple of nice bicycles you can use, but I had my own. All-in-all, a wonderful place to stay in Naha that's close enough to a number of attractions like Fukushūen Garden, which I strongly suggest!

Being vegan, I stuck to the steamed rice, fruit, salad, and beverages. I would have liked to have some sort of tofu or Nattō option, but it wasn't a problem.

The room is a little small for four people, but the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Even if you ask for a cleaning-free day, the hotel will provide fresh supplies. Coin-operated washers and dryers are convenient. Complimentary drinks are available until late at night. Breakfast is delicious and varied. Parking is ¥1000 a day with unlimited access. Special thanks to the service/reception staff who were all very friendly and willing to help. Had a great stay and would like to come back next time.

Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, not guaranteed. There is no guarantee of a spot, but you can pay to park on the side (1000RMB per visit); my car was not available until the next day. Understandably in this busy area, parking is limited. But I still expect a guaranteed parking space when staying here.

Good value at this hotel. Staff were helpful, the included breakfast was great. They had 2 loaner bikes. They gave me the type of room I requested. Clean, mostly quiet, comfortable. I slept well. The front desk lady tried to help me when my flight out was cancelled by ANA, and I needed to use their phone. They were very nice about me using their phone for so long.

This is a weird thing, but when I booked the room a month ahead, it was about 90, 000 yen per night (I stayed 10 nights). But when I got there, the price was about 63000 a night. I would have saved if I cancelled and rebooked closer to the date. The carpets need a deep clean. but otherwise bed clean etc I was comfortable at the hotel.

The hotel was easy to locate and get to. The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was reasonably well sized. The evening light drink selection was surprisingly tasty. The buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious.

Apparently even though it was at least 10° Celsius during our stay, it was technically winter at this location and so it was not permitted to make use of their complimentary bike borrowing program. Just for reference it should be mentioned that the bike that you see in pictures on the wall in the main foyer is not the bike that they rent 😉

Clean, spacious room (for solo traveler). Big, comfortable bathroom. Breakfast was diverse and filling, the breakfast room is not small but it was busy the only day I stayed there. They also have free welcoming drink in the same room around check-in times. They sell Blue Seal ice cream in the lobby. It seems they have bikes for rental (or maybe free) in the lobby. The desk/counter representatives were very helpful and had good attitudes, I'm grateful for their help. The hotel location is good, close to the ferry port and a couple of blocks away from Yurail train station. I had a good night's sleep and a great stay.

You'll have to hang your clothes on the wall with the few hangers provided because there's no closet. TV had only about 5 channels and no streaming services. The small fridge in the room was not turned on (which I didn't notice) and therefore the few things I put in it went bad (make sure you check that it's on if you're going to use it.)

Staff is nice and kind, the location is great! Everything is in working distance. 5 mins to the tram and Tomari ferry wharf. 10-15 mins to kokusai. The room is actually bigger than I expected and a working desk which is perfect for me!

The only thing I wish will be the breakfast. Will be great if every 2 days or so the food served is different we stayed for 5 days and a bit over it after the same food for 5 days hehe. But other than this everything is perfect!

Amazing place with super friendly staff, a generous and complimentary breakfast. Location is fantastic, the monorail is 10 minutes by foot which takes you pretty much everywhere you want. The airport is about a 15-20 minute ride with the monorail. Taxi from the airport to the hotel costs around 1500 YEN and takes about 5-10 minutes. The ferry terminal is 10 minutes away by foot. Kokusai-Dori is 15 minutes by foot. Very comfortable room (spacious).

The staff is very friendly, the transportation is convenient and cheap, only 1000 yen per day with unlimited entries and exits! The location is quite convenient, about a 15-minute walk to Kokusai Street, and there is a FamilyMart and a 7-11 nearby!

Although the room has been renovated, it doesn’t feel very new. One of the rooms we stayed in had a strong musty smell! Also, the breakfast options are limited, so I recommend just eating at a convenience store!

The staff were friendly and the hotel offered complimentary services like shaved ice, welcome drinks and breakfast. The rooms were large for Japanese standards and comfortable.

No room with a view, but it is in the middle of the city and not advertised like that. No complaints.

The location is pretty central. The lobby is really cool. They play traditional Okinawan music during breakfast, which was really good! Hotel staff were awesome -- I just really enjoyed my stay. And it's a short walk from. Fukushūen Garden, which I really suggest visiting!
