Very good location, 15 mins walk to Ferry and Fish Market in one direction and 10-15 mins in other direction to Kokusai-Dori St Easy to get around with quick & easy walking access to Monorail and Bus stops to get around the city Rooms were clean & spacious enough for family of 3 Staff was very attentive

Most Front desk staff had difficulty communicating in English but were still able to accommodate questions

This a great hotel with quiet high standards compared to the pricing. Nice and clean in any aspects. The breakfast was nice with many local dishes. Staff was really helpful. Location is great not far from inner city and the fish market. Nice quiet neighbourhood in the evening, but some traffic during the day but not something you hear much with the windowa closed. Nice restaurants and bars in the area. Grossery store aroind the corner.

The customer service at Nest Naha Hotel was wonderful. The location was perfect, and the hotel was very clean. My only complaint is that the room was too small for two adults and two children. When I booked, I specified that it was for four people. If you’re staying at the hotel just for a short time and spending most of your time exploring Okinawa, it’s perfect.

However, if you’re planning to rest in the room, it may be too small for a family of four.

Spacious room and a 10 minute walk to the central street or the port! Easy to reach on the bus from airport too! Friendly staff, decent laundry service and comfortable. Would stay again if in Naha.

Everything seemed cleaned so maybe it was an off day but some eyelash extension were left on the pjs and a bottle cap on the floor in the corner of the room. Nothing that put us out too much though!

Comfortable stay and within 10 min walking distance to Kokusai dori. The hotel facilities are great, you can dine in at level 2 with your own food bought from outside. There is a Lawson just within a stone's throw away. There are also Family Mart and 7-11 within walking distance. If you want to try breakfast outside of the hotel, it's quite easy to find shops nearby as well. The hotel serves breakfast and the price is reasonable with a good spread of Okinawan style breakfast. They have laundry facilities and a vending machine in the hotel too, which is great. In general, we had a comfortable stay at the hotel and the tourist attractions are all around the area which is within comfortable walkable distance, say 15 min.

The room of 3 single beds and 1 sofa bed is spacious. The staff has prepared the sofa into a comfortable bed. The location is around 10mins walking to monorail station. There are few convenience shops nearby with walking distance. The lounge area is nice open till 12am. You can enjoy free coffee and heat food with the provided hot water and microwave.

You need an umbrella to walk during raining season.

1)Shuttle bus to and fro hotel from airport and mall. 2) 7-11 store on site. 3) Really appreciate having the waiting area on site where I can rest and have a snack while waiting for shuttle bus after checking out. 4) a 24 hour convenient store super close to hotel 5) comfortable bed

Carpet looks very old. Chairs in lounge looks old and run down.

This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel. The only difference is this time I got a quiet room for my family which is not facing the main road. Excellent location, friendly staff.

The price (without breakfast) is more expensive than the price (with breakfast) one week ago for the same type of rooms and same period of stay. But this may be the result of Chinese New Year holiday.

The breakfast is truly excellent. My parents keep raving about the breakfast for days after the trip. The location is also close enough to both the food/shopping street to be walkable as well as to the monorail.

The room is smaller than we expected. Also, the see-through shower door is weird as it is separated from the toilet, so if someone is in the shower while another person must go to the toilet, it gets awkward as you have to walk pass the shower with the see-through door.

The hotel was really clean and cosy. It's in a great location as it's easy to walk to the main shopping / eating districts. The staff were super friendly and helped us book taxis whenever we needed to.

The hotel facilities are more on the basic side (e.g. there are no 'restaurants' or exercise facilities). However, we used the coin laundry and microwave whilst staying there. You can also book an appointment with the hotel masseuse should you need.
