Very friendly, courteous, and helpful staff, although most of them, amongst others, the receptionists, don't converse in English. But, some used the services of Google Translator to help me. Centrally located, close to the Main Road (58). Welcoming ambience in the lounge area.

The difficulty in having a conversation in English, especially with the receptionists without using the Google Translator or any other translator app (ENG<->JPN).

Very nice hotel in a great location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Multiple konbinis right across the street, bus stop 2 min away. If i'm in the area again i'll be back for sure

Very good! A private electronic massage chair was in the room. inconvenience! Some amenities were needed to bring from in front of the elevator. Breakfast ! Don't expect but it was okay.

Even coffee and tea were not set in the room. The room has a balcony that lose expecting its size. The balcony doesn't have table nor chair.
