Good location close to Naha's Tomari Port and in walking distance from the monorail and from the main tourist street. Generally clean and well equipped (especially appreciated the washing machine, which is necessary for beach going over several days).

When first entering, the apartment had an odor - my guess is that it was coming from bleach being used while cleaning. It faded after 1-2 days, but it was not the best first impression. The elevator smells very strongly like cleaning product - getting rid of the carpet would most likely solve this problem, as the elevator seems to be entirely made of steel/metal which does not retain odors. The noise policy is in theory very strict towards us as guests (i.e. if anyone complaints about you, you are kicked out on the same day) -- we respected this, so couldn't put it to a practical test. However, other residents were chatting loudly in the evenings and sleeping with their TV on until the morning. This does not seem fair.

Super clean. Good space 2-bed flat, love the fact that one bedroom has twin bed. Location is convenient too.Easy check in.

The apartment was located within 10 minutes or less walking distance from Miebashi Station, 20 minutes or less to Kokusai-dori St. Has combinis, izakayas, and a 24-hour Union Supermarket close to area, which makes it very convenient to get food and groceries. The apartment is very new, clean, and well-equipped. I chose a 3 bedroom apartment for my pax, so the living-dining area is still spacious for 5 of us. There is also a large balcony, too bad it was windy and cold, so i did not manage to make good use of it. Bedrooms were of standard Japanese size, and my suitcases were smaller, so there's plenty of room to walk about. The apartment is located in a small alley, and I managed to find it with Google Maps. The staff were also very kind and helpful when we wanted help to set up the games on the TV.

Nothing in particular. The apartment is located in a small, quiet alley. Though it was easy to find using Google Maps, we practice commonsense of trying not to go out late at night unaccompanied. The apartment check-in process is not overly complicated, just tedious as we were tired upon arrival and still had to deal with the contactless check-in process (through a tablet placed just at apartment entrance). But it is a once-off process and necessary to get the apartment entry codes as it is all keyless system. Tablet instructions were straightforward, so we were able to complete it within 10 minutes.

Fantastic location and the accommodation was exceptionally clean, I don't think that I have ever been to such a clean place. Station is a five minute walk and fairly close to shops. Check in was easy and staff were kind enough to look after my luggage when we checked out. Would stay here again!

The hotel is in a residential building and in a quiet neighbourhood. The two parking spots are for the residents only. But there are carparks nearby.

the location was excellent. We had a car and found plenty of paid carparks. There were fabulous places to eat nearby, very little English was spoken so having some Japanese is an advantage. The monorail is really close and access lots of places.

The pillows are very hard.
