The hotel’s modern facilities and the convenient self-check-in/check-out machines surely make the stay more pleasant and hassle-free. The fact that the room cleaning is done so well, almost like a complete transformation, really adds to the overall satisfaction. It seems like many people have commented that the rooms are small, but I stayed in a Compact Room this time, and I felt that the size was definitely adequate. There was no issue with organizing luggage, washing up, etc. The bed was super comfortable and provided a great night’s sleep! I really enjoyed my stay, and next time, I plan to bring my family to try out other room types.

Location couldn't be better. Hotel is located next to the Miebashi Station, which allows for hassle-free access to/from Naha Airport. Moreover it is in walking distance to the Tomari port if you're interested in going to Zamami/Aka or Tokashiki island. Rooms are clean and equipped with all amenities that you need for a short-stay. Tasty breakfast in a form of half-buffet (you choose one "main dish" and sides like salad, yogurt, soup are in form of buffet). Kind and ever-smiling staff. Private parking lot is very useful. There is a pool in the garden which you can enjoy until 22:00. Great accommodation for people who will travel around the island/to the neighboring islands. If you plan to spend most of your time in the hotel, this may not be a perfect choice. I would give it 8.8/10.

Washing machines and dryers in the laundry room could get an upgrade. Additionally to the bath towels, smaller head towels would be a great addition. Lack of proper drying rack or place to hang your towels and washed clothes. On the list of MINOR complaints, which are totally subjective and doesn't affect the overall impression: - it would be nice to see some bread selection in the breakfast buffet - in the compact room, shower is relatively small - still usable, but having a bit more space would make it perfect.

Great location, right next to the monorail station and a short walk from Kokusai Dori, a fun happening strip with shopping and restaurants. Hotel was clean and modern and bathroom space a good size. Cute balcony attached.

The beds were rock hard and pillows very uncomfortable which was unfortunate for my 18 week pregnant self. The aircon was also either on full blast or not on at all. It was difficult because it was hot and muggy during our stay and we could not maintain just a comfortable temp in our room. Not a lot of room to unpack clothes etc for 2 people we kept everything in our suitcases and slid them under the beds. There was only one clothes rack, 4 coathangers and no shelves/drawers.

Cool modern hotel in a prime location just next to a monorail station. Our corner room had a balcony and beautiful view which we enjoyed in the evenings. The Malin and Goetze amenities were appreciated. We had breakfast here two days and the buffet was tasty but coffees (latte) overpriced.

The pool was closed, which was stated on their website at time of booking but this was a shame as it was certainly warm enough to use. A bigger, unexpected disappointment was that the highly rated Moss restaurant was also closed. The rooftop bar is also only open Thursday-Sunday. I feel that when you are paying for amenities and they are not available, the room rates should reflect this.

One side of the panoramic suite actually faces the emergency stairway, which made it feel less private. The only alternative is to draw the curtains completely, which defeats the purpose of choosing this room type. For a spacious room, the toilet area was also incredibly small and poorly designed. Honestly don’t think this room type was worth the premium

Compact room but with all the needed. Nespresso machine in the room was very appreciated. Personnel was very kind and helpful. Swimming pool on ground floor available to relax. Very good location, short walking distance to central streets and extremely close to monorail.

Only 2 elevators for a big building, causing long waiting times in peak hours. Very few coin laundry machines available, with long queues in the evening even after midnight. Room door did not properly close automatically. Only pricey breakfast set available.

Everything! Facilities such as Pool, gym, breakfast area including location made our stay worthwhile. Had great views from our room! We also want to ourcheasw their pajamas as they felt nice and comfortable. Loved the toiletries and the level of attention to detail with the interiors. Slept so well! Its walking distance to the main shopping discrict and not far from amazing restaurants and bars. Also it’s stone throw away from the port which made journey to the beautiful islands more convenient

Very friendly staff, the pool was nice towels for the pool were provided by reception, clean rooms, coffee machine in the room was very much appreciated. Lunch was really nice. Location is good, next to monorail, 10 min walk to various ferries to explore other islands, 15 mins to get to the airport and 10 mins walk to Kokusai-Dori. Good value for money.

Cocktails in the bar upstairs were very expensive compared to anywhere else plus 500 yen service charge on top of the already expensive drinks.

The room was clean. The staff was nice. The Self check-in and check-out counter was really convenient. Location was great, just beside the skytrain station, plus there was an elevator for the skytrain station. There were convenient stores nearby. Walking to Kokusai Dori only takes around 7 minutes, and as a girl, I felt safe walking by myself in that area!

Just a really small thing to note, the refrigerator in the room is quite shallow, but not a big problem to me tho.

Very convenient to get to with monorail! Even though it’s right by the station the rooms are very soundproof so you’ll get a good nights sleep. We booked a higher level room and the view was quite nice. Even got to see the ocean. It’s all in all super clean and well designed. Especially loved the carpet and the lighting (many mood lights to chose from). Bathroom has Malin+Goetz products which are my faves :) There is a lovely looking adjacent restaurant which we didn’t get a chance to try as we only stayed for a night but would love to check out next time!

Pool only opens from April to October, which is a bummer given the warm temperatures in Okinawa year-round.
