The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and modern. It had a laundry room, which was very useful. There was also a projector in the room for watching movies, which we loved. Also is in a very good spot if you wanna take the ferry for visiting other island

We didn’t like the online check-in method, as the wait for validation was a bit long. Other than that, everything was incredible.

Nice and simple hotel in Naha. The room was clean, fully equipped with all we could need, spacious and big enough to accommodate our family of 4 and the luggage. Very practical to have the shower and the toilet separated. At a first glance, it was a bit strange to see the sinks in front of the beds but again it helped to speed up getting ready in the morning ;).

the location is great, there is a 7-11 near the hotel. The room is big and clean. If you drive there, there is also a parking area near the hotel.

Everything is fine. Maybe one thing needs to improve. I think the air conditioner is not strong to me.

The location is perfect for us as we needed to take a ferry to Zamami island after our stay at the hotel. And it took us just a few minutes walk to the ferry terminal! And the hotel is very clean and new. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is nice and spacious.

The rooms are spacious enough for a short stay, easy to reach Tomariport if you need a ferry, nice burgers in the neighborhood; remote check in /check out with no issue in our case

There’s a big space, good quality mattress . And near 7-11.

No Staff for check in. Self check in with tablet. The remote check in staff very quick to disconnect without familiarization about facilities and room.

The check in process is absolutely horrible and annoying. I had to wait one hour for someone to finally respond to my teams call. employees kept hanging up the phone
