Location absolutely cannot be beat! So close to Prefectural Office Yui Rail Station. The bed cots are so roomy - you can stand on your bed without issue. Lots of hangers to hang clothes. Baskets are also provided so you can carry toiletries and clothes to the shower room easily. The staff was very nice as well, and provided a very quick and succinct explanation upon check in. They didn't copy any of my personal information, either, which is very nice (I usually find the copying of personal information simply because I'm a foreigner a little intrusive). A great hostel overall!

NO SOAP in the bathrooms. That is the only thing I hope Guest House Grand Naha will improve in the future. It was really gross to think that everyone in the hostel was touching doors, elevator buttons, etc, with hands that they didn't wash after using the toilet, and it definitely made my stay a little more uncomfortable. Bring your own hand sanitizer if you stay here!

Location is great, 15 mins walking from the port (where you take the ferry for the one day trip islands) , 10 minutes from the main street, and 20 min from the airport by bus. Bed is comfy and feels private. Quality/price is expecional

1. If you are planning on working in your stay, this is not the hostel, the WiFi is very bad, it didn't even reach my bed and in the lounge it doesn't work that good either. 2.Related with my first point, lounge only opens from 4pm to 10 pm. So if you have to work in the morning you will have to go to a cafe on your own expense. 3.Dont leave your shoes in the entrance , my first night, someone stole my 200 euros Adidas and the front office decided no to call the police or do anything about it. I hope this was something isolated, but to prevent, I would take my shoes and put them under your bed if I were you.

Not allowed to have family in the beautiful comfortable breakfast/dinning/resting room . It is ok outside where there is a spacious area with tables and chairs, and a peaceful view, but it was very hot at that time. But inside (or outside) you have enough space to work, study or watch a tv

It is quiet clean. The handsome male staff is a very hardworking person but he has some strict rules. The decor has changed since the last time I stayed and beds are more comfortable now. Beds are not low as it was before. Cute decorative items and useful shelve and hooks are available in the bed.

It was possible to use the terrace before but it is prohibited now. It was great there were tables and chairs before.

My favourite hostel in Japan! If you want travel life mixed with a local feel this is the best hostel for you! The beds are extremely spacious and comfortable. There is a very nice vibe to the place and has a very calm Japanese atmosphere. The staff are very welcoming. And the kitchen facilities are amazing helping save costs by cooking the amazing local food!

Great location, courteous, very helpful staff with comfortable lodging. But, it's a hostel, not a hotel. The standards are different, but met my expectations.

Nothing really. You get what you pay for. I got a roof over my head, a security locker, hot shower and bathroom facilities as well as laundry facilities. The services matched the GREAT price.

The location was really convenient as it was right to the main street and 30min away from the airport by taking the monorail! I stayed in the dormitory room and the beds were more spacious than I thought and comfortable. It was relatively clean and even if there were a lot of beds it was not noisy

The water pressure in the showers was a little bit too hard for my liking but it is just my preference

Bed spacious, cozying decorated sea themed Location nice shopping around. The best bookstore near. And Community center near where I had music class. And dancing Japanese language as well.

There is a cozy space outside with tables and chairs for visitors. But no permission to having friends inside the building or in the beautiful decorated spacious resting/dinning room.

A big hostel in the heart of Naha's commercial centre, really handy if you want to travel using the monorail and there are a few bus stops nearby, too. It's 7 minutes walking from Kokusai Dori. This hostel also has private rooms available. -> One of the cheapest yet nicest hostels in Naha city!
