Good location with easy access to Monorail, restaurants and also Donki is just below the building, making it so easy to get stuff. I’m surprised that they use quality shower heads and hairdryers (Refa) that made the stay so much more enjoyable! The staff Mr Ryo/Ryu and another lady attended to my washing machine issue very promptly, really appreciate it! The view from our room was so beautiful, I wasn’t expecting it at this price point.
I have no issue with the “limited housekeeping” as I’ve stayed for 7 nights so I get one full housekeeping during my stay. But I can see that if I’ve stayed for just 5-6 nights, it might be a little bit of a stretch without full housekeeping. Anyway, there are daily fresh towels, bath mats, bathrobes and clearing of rubbish under the ‘limited housekeeping’. And if need be, I can top up a small sum for a full housekeeping.

It was extremely easy to find the hotel from the monorail station nearby, which was lovely since we came directly from the airport. The hotel facilities were great. It was clean, and we were offered a variety of free amenities and drinks until 22pm at night. It seemed like there was staff at the reception all day and night, which was nice. Kids were very welcome, which we appreciated. Outside the lobby there was a well kept pretty garden with a pond with sprinklers, which contributed to the nice atmosphere. The staff were kind and helpful and helped us with any request we had during the stay. The room was as described and shown in the photos, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom and shower was great! We didnt try the breakfast at the hotel because there were so many options to eat out nearby. The next door neighbour to the hotel is a huuuuge store on two big floors full of every item one could imagine to buy, with a Japanese twist. Clothes, bags, food, snacks, toys (a lot of toys!!), kitchen items and the list continues. It was quite impressive. All in all a great stay, and I wouldn't mind coming back, especially because of the location.
Well i liked the hotel, so i dont have anything to add here.

It was our first time visiting Okinawa and I would like to think we made a correct choice with our hotel. Overall the hotel was great. Great value for money, great location and great facilities. The pictures you see are great references, so be sure to check them out to make your own impression. One of the complaints of other reviews is the mouldy smell, but honestly, having visited Okinawa, it is incredibly humid and damp as a place in general, so the smell is not the room, but the overall atmosphere. (And we visited in October!) The room was great equipped, we had AC (which we used extensively), good internet connection and when we did request cleaning (which is free if you follow the correct indications) they also cleaned the ceiling. The staff was friendly (even though we did not interact much due to not having booked breakfast), but checking in and out was quick and they had basic English knowledge. The location is close to a Naha rail-tram system station, right next to a Don Quijote and also very close to a Family Markt. The location is also within walking distance of the main bus-hub of the island, the main shopping street and other attractions.
The only complaint I would have is the small / low selection of amenities. And since they are common, you might not find anything left by the time you return to the hotel from your daily trips.

The room is spacious. The room at this hotel is bigger than the others. We have a baby with us. We had a two single beds room. It is not a problem with put her in the middle of the bed, if your baby does not sleep in a cot bed. And you can still have much space in the room to put the stroller and 1 big luggage. We rented a car. It was not easy to find the hotel at first. The parking lot belongs to the Don Quijote. We always parked the car on the 4th floor then you can take the elevator to the 5th floor to the reception. We paid 1500¥ per day for the parking. The hotel is 15-20 mins walking distance from Kokusai Dori. I can definitely recommend this place.
There is no free water.

The hotel is connected to a donki so it was great to get things whenever we wanted to. The hotel staff were nice and welcoming. The hotel room was big for a Japanese hotel. We were able to lay out our luggage on the floor with no problem (we just had to move the bed more closer to the wall, which was no problem). The bathroom was very clean and not cramped. I loved how the hotel room had a laundry machine near the door. It wasn’t a coin laundry so we can use it whenever we want. Laundry detergent was provided too. The hotel breakfast was good. They had local dishes and you can eat with a view of the city and water.
It is a bit far from the station. So if you have a lot of luggage it will feel like a long walk. But the hotel is close to the airport and other destinations.

This hotel is very new and everything is clean. Booked 2 rooms for 5 of us, a double room and a twin room. Twin room was spacious with a large shower area and the toilet is separated. There was a washing machine cum dryer in both rooms. So convenient to have Donki in the same building.

Did not have breakfast as I was out early on most mornings. Complimentary coffee/chocolate is an added joy. The coolest part is a spacious room, convenience of being near the train station, taxi service up to the doorstep (it really is) and the cherry to top the cake: a washer/dryer in the room! It's beside a big Don Quixote which opens till 3am! And very near the airport.
The location is a little off from the main attractions, although the train station made up for it.

Everything - e.g. bed was so comfortable that i usually fell asleep almost immediately, Aircon is comfortable after adjusting the temperature and wind speed (which is quite rare to have). very clean and spacious rooms, great location - 5mins walk away from nearest yui rail station and donki quijote right below the hotel. That rail station is the 5th stop away from naha airport station. Plenty of parking lots (note that you need to pay for the parking lots at the hotel during check-in) Washing machine in the room. Really save a lot of time. The hotel is eco-friendly but they do offer change of towels and emptying the waste-bin. Not many eco-friendly hotels offer the change in towels.
the ice and free cocoa at lobby usually runs out before 5pm, even though the free drinks are offered till 11pm. Not a big deal since it is free. Mainly for others to note.

Serene oasis in Naha. After exploring the beautiful parks and natural sights of the northern coast, Naha (and the frenetic Kokusai-dori) was a jolt to the senses. We were so glad to have chosen the Tokyu Stay Okinawa! Its beautiful location next to the river, spacious rooms, calm atmosphere, tasteful decor and wide open public spaces are so welcoming. Sunsets are spectacular. We even got to watch a fireworks display from our window across the river one night. Surreal. Don’t miss the amazing buffet breakfast with authentic Okinawan dishes. And of course, the convenience of having the monorail station just a short walk away, plus the Don Quixote outlet with tax-free shopping in the same building (open till 3am!). A big plus is the no-fuss parking in the building for ¥1500. A rarity in the city area!
It would be nice for the housekeeping to empty the trash bin daily.

Great hotel, very nice room, well cleaned. There's a store with drinks, food, electronics and even souvenirs in the same building as the hotel, which was very convenient. Great location as well, very close to the monorail and with a few restaurants close by. Washing machine in the room was a great thing to have. They also have free drinks at the main hall during the day. Hot chocolate included :)
The only thing I can complain was that I wish there were lighter options for breakfast like granolas and iogurts.
