The breakfast in the morning was lovely, there's great food places within walking distance (Rocky's is particularly good). Amenities are provided, there's a few self catering options in the communal area and the view of Niseko-Annapuri out the window is fantastic. Other sights to see around the place include a great distillery up the hill, Niseko village, the sights of Mt Yotei in the distance and the general beautiful scenery.

For anyone travelling around Niseko in the winter months, I would advise using a car, coach or bus. Not the fault of Pensione Uno, but Niseko itself is built around a major Route, and snow buildup can make pedestrian travel hazardous and a little more impractical.

Super friendly staff with relaxed atmosphere and great location. Venue is relatively new (2018) and has been maintained very well. Free soft drinks, coffee and ammenities tops it off. Thanks for a great stay.

Included breakfast is Japanese style only which is normally not my thing but it was tasty nevertheless. Rooms are small but have all required and served the purpose for our launching pad to ski all day.

Friendly, attentive staff who can't do enough for you. Amazing Japanese style breakfast which set us up perfectly for a day of skiing. Free soft drinks & toiletries are a lovely touch. Spotlessly clean and lots of nice touches.

It's a bit far from the centre and there is a nearby bus stop but buses are infrequent & don't run late. Taxis can be hard to come by at peak times but we managed ok. If you're willing to compromise on location, this is a great and affordable stay.

The photos don’t do this place justice. Our room was lovely with a great view out to Mt Yotei. The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom very roomy with a great shower. Free tea and coffee in the lobby plus a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. Very good value for money in a very expensive area of Hokkaido.

The view from our room was breathtaking. Wish the hotel has a lift. But it's still okay. Compensated by the view and hospitality. They served delicious breakfast and accommodated our request for special dietary. We appreciate that very much. We love that the hotel is so clean. We took off shoes/boots at the reception and wore slippers to our room.

Staff were very accommodating, new building and kept very clean. Comfortable and spacious accommodation close to Annupuri ski area and bus stops

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be away from the chaos of hirafu and have a car! The niseko united busses can be a bit of a nightmare to get around on as they are often full or delayed and stop early so if you go out to dinner the only option is to Taxi

The staff and owner made a lot of effort to help us plan our days. They drove us to a bus stop to go to rusutu, arranged a shuttle to a good restaurant, and helped to arrange other things during our stay. They picked us up and dropped us off at the train station too. Breakfast was included and delicious local sort of food, with rice, miso, salad, and meat and fish. They gave me extra salad and some edamame because I'm vegetarian. The helpful staff were one of the best memories and what made this trip special for us.

I don't have anything negative to say. The location is in a farming area, which I enjoyed the serenity of. I think the somewhat isolated location make the staff determined to help guests to enjoy their stay by providing information on where to go and how to get there. We didn't have a car and taking the bus was not a problem. There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance.

1. I am satisfied with the cleanliness of the room I stayed in and my overall experience, as well as my appreciation for the helpfulness of the staff. 2. You can receive a ski lift discount if you choose to visit the Aunupuri ski resort. 3. Drinks are free, which is awesome, and some personal hygiene products are provided for free.

The kitchenware was stored in a location marked "staff only". It would be helpful if it were placed within reach, rather than requiring staff assistance every time it is needed. Other than that, there is nothing to raise an issue about inside the hotel

The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help me. The breakfast was fantastic and what a view! Easy enough to get to and from the ski fields via the bus

The rooms were great but there was some sound from neighbours coming through.

We had the Premium room and it was fantastic. Very large room and bathroom, super clean, great seating area and above all the view is simply wonderful. Very friendly, helpful staff with good English. Great ski storage room. Free drinks all day. Perfect Location.

The local breakfast wasn't our thing, but that's a matter of taste.
