The best things about this property are the onsen bath and the food. The bath is big with a sauna and steam room. Complimentary fresh pajamas every day. The breakfast is amazing (add it to your room when you make a reservation) (includes lots of organic vegetables and brown rice, etc.). The food at the cafe in the lobby also wonderful. Nice essential oil diffusers going throughout the property. Staff are very nice. Free, shared laundry but you have to go to a separate room for it.

Though comfortable, this property is old. I didn’t mind though. It felt homey.

This place is amazing. The room is large and the sento is the best one I've gone to. You can also buy a personal serving of milk from the vending machine right outside the baths. The milk is a definite winner. The view from my balcony is stunning. Depending on the room, you can easily see the ocean on both sides of the island.

This place is truly amazing. I loved the staff, the breakfast? The rooms and the bathhouse. . From thr moment you arrive the staff greet you with a smile. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has several options. The public bath house which is included is just what one needs are a long day.also the views from the hotel are stunning. You get a great view of the city and ocean.

While the facility is clean and lobby is refreshed/newer looking, the guest rooms are a little dated. Still has what you need, but basic. Great hotel for price!!

The SPA was fabulous! We had an excellent massage on the first day. The view from our room was beautiful. And the room was spacious enough. I feel refreshed, relaxed and full of energy thanks to our stay there! I recommend it.

You need a car to stay at this hotel and fully enjoy it. I'm not a fan of carpets in hotel rooms... Plus, the bathroom could have been cleaner. However, we didn't use it since the spa was so fantastic! The room was very simple. As there was nothing around the hotel, we were sad to see how expensive the hotel's restaurant and bar were. In addition. the restaurant only had buffet for the dinner and even though the waitress was super nice, the food was not worth even half of the price.

Bus is not late enough, if you don't have a car, don't think want to book here , cuz is up the hills

It’s not brand new but quite clean. Onsen very excellent.

5 mins driving distance to Aeon Rycom, 15mins to American Village.

Due to the typhoon damage at the hotel , the internet system was not available for use.Therefore the hotel agreed and helped us canceled the booking without any charges. Good services

The spa was very relaxing and the restaurants and bar were great.

The rooms are dated and the beds were very firm for my liking.

The breakfast is wonderful, but this time i had to wait about 25 minutes because the hotel was booked with students and the breakfast was served in a small room.
