The staff MADE the property. Everyone was so professional, helpful, and kind. It was inexpensive and just fine for resting after a long day. It was nice that although they didn’t service the rooms every day, they provided fresh towels and Jammie’s every night

As others have noted, the beds are very very FIRM. I found a very small cockroach on my pillow.

The facility was very clean and quiet. The one Male breakfast attendant was a pleasure to be around. We stay at Hotel Koza whenever we can.

There was only one male employee who maintained and nicely stocked the breakfast area. When he wasn't present there was no ice, ice coffee, frequently restocked rolls, etc.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities including the room were extremely clean and comfortable, and there was bread and coffee provided in the morning. I really enjoyed staying at Hotel Koza!

Nothing at all about the hotel, but a little far away from the main attractions and not many transportation options if you don’t have a car.

Nothing really, maybe beds are a bit hard, but I still manage to sleep well

The staff was always ready to assist with smile. Check in was very smooth. Staff is manned 24 hrs . Check out was one quick check out with machine. Excellent services. Loved the coffee in the mornings. Room service prompt everyday. Towels and bedding. We're fresh. I loved this place. Recommed for every one .

Very close to stores and the workers were very pleasant. I had fresh towels and pajamas every other day. I will stay here again. Highly recommend

Breakfast included, that was a plus. Nothing else was special there.

The road next to the hotel is noisy, as the location is very close to the famous street шер bars and tattoo shops, so drunk people are always around there at night, creating a lot of noise. The bed was small for two people, and there was almost no space to place the luggage in the room.
