Very helpful and friendly staff ! Large selection st breakfast - I particularly liked Sake! The towels provided in individual bags every day is a bonus. The roof top pool and bar is exceptional!

Breakfast was the best I've had in a long time. The public bath and sauna were excellent. The rooftop infinity pool, hottub, and bar wa a great place to relax.

The beds were too firm almost like sleeping on the floor. You need to get a coin from the front desk every time you exit the properties parking area.

The public bath is really nice. We went in winter, didn’t use the pool. The breakfast was nice too. It has a large parking lot.

High class & good for me .

I took ill , and I was brought back from Sedake , to my hotel room 425 , as I couldn’t finish the group Okinawa bus tour . My cousin told the receptionist that I am unwell , I need medical services . No Dr or carer practitioners came . I was left in my room with no food , no water , and yet I was shivering and had cold symptoms . I never ate in my room for 2 days , and no breakfast was brought to me . I had finished the 2 litres of water that I had in my room . I stayed in room 425 from the 19th - the 23rd June … when I left I was still unwell , and could hardly walk fast and carry my luggage , as a result instead of vacating my room at 11:00 , I struggled alone , with no help , still unwell , and reported at reception at 13:00 . I was charged 200,000 JY for 2 hours delay . This is a complaint I am raising . Why charge me 200,000 JY a sick person, who is 70 years and 6 months old , who suffers from cold symptoms , and walks so slow … no help ???
