I love hotels with kitchenettes for longer stays. Giant shower area. Washlet toilet. Convenience stores near by. Bus to airport near by. Excellent model enthusiasts store near by.

Check in time is 3p, I wasn't told ahead of time. Booking.com was cancelled. Had to place reservation through Agoda.

Excellent location right near Koza Music Town, full kitchen and bathroom facilities, very quiet rooms, prompt check-in at 3pm, good WiFi, everything was perfect. A great place if you are planning on enjoying Koza's nightlife

It was nice having a kitchen and a decently sized fridge for my long stay.

The dryer is a scam I had to ask evertime for the "clean my room" sign, which is unconvenient because there's no staff after 9pm

Parking situation was not as expected. I had parking spot 8 and found it so difficult to pull into. the covered parking area is not big enough.

How close the hotel was to convenience stores and koza music town, fresh towels provided every other day.

Would not recommend for longer stays, maybe 3 nights top. Paid for a double bed room that was non-smoking and we ended up on the bottom floor outside the carpark directly adjacent to the smoking area so the smell of smoke would waft into the room and we would hear cars and people arriving. The bed sheets had stains on them from what I assume to be food and the shower curtain had mold on it. We tried to use the laundry room but it had no detergent and after using our own the dryer took an hour, two runs to attempt to dry out clothes and left them damp. Not enough utensils for two people and the rice cooker and frying pan are not big enough to use for two people.

the front staff is not friendly ,my bed has bed bugs and I showed him the rashes but he told me yeah I saw that but what do you want me to do and what I want instead of apologizing and changing my room I didn’t slept for a night and I waited for the lady who cleaning the room and let them changed my pillows and bedsheets the two lady is nice
