Its a budget hotel and they serve food till midnight. Thanks to the staffs.

We noticed some smell inside the room

I was happy to see the creativity and an amazing ability to rebuild the old building to a new with nice rooms inside. I especially enjoyed the wood floor in my room. And breakfast of course! Whoever has bought the building is very smart and wise. Hope that your business will prosper! I and my husband walked around the neighborhood to pray in the morning. The view from hotel was amazing, too. Nothing to complain about. I hope the hotel's remodeling will continue to be nice and amazing.

The location might be a little hard to find. I don't know the solution, but must be a wise way to do it.

For the price this was a great hotel. We were there for 30 days. Other hotels in the area were $3000+ for that length of time. The fornt desk and cleaning staff were all amazing. They spoke little to no English but they were great at communicating with us through the Google translate app. They were super friendly and even helped me get a taxi each time I needed it. The hotel itself has a pleasant appearance and was very clean. You could tell the furniture in the room was a little old but not enough to matter. The room was spacious enough for 3 of us and we weren't on top of each other. It was clean, quiet and in a good location close to the mall and food. Very convenient for me since it was only a 5 minute ride to my son's home. It definitely wasn't a luxury hotel with a bunch of amenities but it was a clean, comfortable place. If I had the opportunity to visit again I wouldn't mind staying here.

The WiFi was a definite struggle but reading other reviews had prepared me for that. The beds were not the most comfortable but I think the beds there differ from what we have in the US. Based on pictures I'd seen for other hotels, these beds were pretty nice. We did use shower shoes but that is the norm for me in most hotels. The staff was great about cleaning the room whenever we requested it.

Our room was comfortable and quiet during the weekdays. When we asked for something to be cleaned, the staff was more than happy to help and were very friendly. When we needed lean towels or trash removed, we would leave them outside our door and they would be removed and the towels were replaced and ready to be picked up in the laundry basket that is in each room.

The internet in the room was spotty at times it worked great other times it was not working at all. The staff would reset the router system, but they did say that construction may have caused the outages.

Our 2nd stay at the Rycom. Again, we loved it. It seems basic, but good enough. Came with breakfast which was excellent as usual. They now serve meals at the restaurant all day. We'll stay at the hotel again for sure someday. Beautiful wood floor, bathroom is big and such. Whoever the owner is, doing an amazing rebuilding work from inside of the hotel.

The view from the restaurant. The room was large and comfortable, but room view wasn't great. Beds were large. Had a good rest. It was a comfortable stay. Good value. Stayed 1 night.

Dryer to dry clothes, takes too long to dry a very small load of washing and costs.

What an amazing and friendly staff. The food was amazing, and the level of cleanliness I've never seen! Simply AMAZING! THANK YOU!

Huge room, huge beds, amazing bathroom and bathtub for two, desk where you could work remotely if you want, close to Rycom mall if you need to shop, they have a coin laundry room downstairs, water cooler in the hallway. You can also order food in the room. All in all, fantastic facilities.

The wifi isn't so stable

I felt very confortable and it is over expectation. Room is clean. Staff is polite and helpful. Location is abit far but as plan to stay a night before going to aquarium and north area, we can manage the time. Drive from american village is not too far.

This hotel seems to be a love hotel that someone has made into a fantastic hotel. The room is HUGE the shower room was HUGE. we were very comfortable there and would absolutely stay there again. The things that I did like outweigh the things I didn’t. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. and I liked that they let you request a room clean verses cleaning it automatically every day.

There was no longer a restaurant (that’s what the staff told me). People never seemed to be at the desk but they left a number to call to reach them. the location was a little difficult to find and the parking was tight. the covered parking was hard to park in unless you are a pro at taking sharp corners without hitting walls. I recommend parking in the uncovered area. on the 6th floor, there is mold on the air conditioner. Don’t let these minor inconveniences deter you from staying at this lovely hotel.
