I generally don't give 10/10 as nothing is every perfect and in this case my 9 rating should be read as a 9.49. A beautifully decorated property with different themed rooms. The kids loved the Minions and the "princess bed". There was a enough room for two families (8 in total). The hosts communication prior to arrival was also clear and replies to questions quick. Once arrived they came to meet us and help us settle in which was very nice. The property was clean throughout, had the required appliances in the kitchen (a portable stove top ; microwave ; fridge and freezer etc) as well as a washing machine and drying area out on the balcony which was fantastic to put washing out in the morning an come home to have it dry. It is well located in a quiet neighbourhood and yet very close (2-3mins) walk to the metro or JR line. Lots of local restaurants including a chicken sashimi restaurant for wanting to give it a try. Just over the water - about a 10 minute walk or quick stop on the metro is a large shopping centre as well as sports dome but local shops for us supported our needs for breakfast, juice, drinks and snacks.

The stairs up to the 2F property were very steep and would not be suitable with anyone with a moderate to severe mobility issue. I knocked a few points off for this as I don't think this fact was clear when booking.

Conveniently located a few stops out of Osaka this property is perfect for families and couples. The rooms are a little different and may not the norm but that's what makes this place fun to stay at, The instructions for the use of the property were easy to follow and there were plenty of food options within a couple of minutes walk. The station is a five minute walk and a major shopping mall 10 minutes away. Would recommend staying here if you want to avoid the busy areas as its peaceful and comfortable.

As in all places in Japan the bathrooms and doorways are not built for someone 195cm tall but I can always manage. The staircase is very steep - so if you have trouble climbing stairs it may provide a challenge but the climb up is worth it.

This property was sooo incredibly cute inside and surprisingly spacious! It was an entire 3 bedroom apartment. Dishes, towels, a washing machine, a very good sized fridge, and microwave are all provided. The best parts were that it was about a 3 minute walk from the train station and only a 30 minute train ride to universal (only 15 mins if you’re driving or taking a taxi!).

Very kind hosts, came personally, cared for everything, even brought some nice cookies. The apartment, rooms, beds are very spacious, so nicely furbished. Perfectly clean. Perfect: with washing machine, balcony, Very central location for the EXPO. Nice neighbourhood, very clam. We will come again!

Awesome place. Lot of room, 4 double beds and good living space. Host was very responsive and helpful, allowed us to check in early and store luggage afterwards before our train. Close to station and excellent directions from host for self check in. Extended our stay by a night :-)

Enough beds for family of 5. Very clean. Great decorations, very interesting! Very quiet residential area. Walking distance to train station and many different restaurants.

Chairs in dining room very uncomfortable to watch TV. Not enough chairs for family to sit at table. Bed in end room too small for two people.

The location is very good since it's near bus stops, JR, and subway lines. It's also within walkable distance to the Kyocera Dome so we didn't have a hard time going to a concert. The owner is also nice and accommodating. We'll definitely stay again if given the chance. 😊

Very spacious, super attentive host, kimonos in cupboard to use, amd great location near an Aeon mall and subway. My kids loved the minions room.
