We liked everything about the apartment! It’s very spacious, especially for Japan. Even the bathroom was spacious. The beds were comfortable and huge and we were given so many towels for 5 days that we even could not use them all. The private washing machine for the laundry is a big plus. The apartment was overall very clean, there was some dust here and there, which is why we ranked it a bit down. Very good communication with the owner and easy access. We also liked the neighbourhood, very calm yet close to everything. There are also a few very good restaurants (e.g. an Indian restaurant and a Ramen place) just a 5 minute walk away. However, Osaka Namba is only two metro stops away so you can also easily go there. We also found a gym nearby (20mins walk) that offered day passes. So for us the apartment was perfectly situated!

The facility and amenities provided were clean and well maintained. It was only a short walk from 7-eleven and Dome-Mae train station which will connect to more places. Also if you're planning to go to Universal it's very easy to get there especially early since it's only a 20minute trip on public transport. Be sure to read all the instructions carefully as getting into the place was still confusing though, and check in was online that you need to complete a day before

My friends and I got to the place late at night it was already hard to find. It was a lot smaller than expected but still perfectly fine to house us three. The elevator was really small, and you need to play tetris with your luggage, and the instructions can be hard to understand because it can be very specific. But overall, still a good stay.

The facility is clean and tidy. Everything we need for the short stay is well provided. Very modern facility and close to the subway line (dome-mae chiyozaki station). Aeon mall and lawson is walking distance. The enviroment also quiet and comfy. Detergent for washing the laundry also provided. The price also affordable. We are looking forward to stay again in Alla Scuderia. Thank you, staff for your fast response. Appreciate your support during our stay.

The facility is quite small for a family size.

I love the location of the place. It was a 7-minute walk from Kyocera Dome which was where we needed to be for the Run Jin Episode Concert. It was also a very quiet neighborhood with access to good restaurants and the Aeon Mall.

Maybe if they could extend their check-out time to 11AM instead of 10AM, which we found too early as other hotels and places check-out time is between 11:00AM and 12:00 noon.

Great location with lots of places to eat close by and very easy access to 2 major trainlines. The accommodation itself was fantastic and suited up perfectly.

Everything was good. The only thing I would change would be to have access to a tea towel to dry dishes as we had to use a hand towel.

The property was ideal for everything me and my wife wanted to do while in Osaka. Dotonbori and Universal were just a few train stations away, and the Aeon mall was less than a ten minute walk. If you’re into walking at night it is very peaceful with a few parks nearby and convenience stores as well. Aside from location the space itself was very large compared to other hotels in the area. A full bathroom with a washer for your clothes, a kitchen with everything you need to make a simple meal or snack and two beds and a little coffee table to help you feel more comfortable.

Nothing, it was a pleasant surprise given most of my experience staying in hotels in Japan. The size and utility of the room was ideal!

Really nice self contained apartment. With small kitchen and also washing machine. Close to subway. Good for a family.

No blackout curtains so hard to sleep in with so much light coming into the room. Can also be a problem at night from the ambient light on the streets.

Clean and very spacious room with separated bathroomm and toilet. Perfect for family with children. Location is not too far from the train station and close by convenient stores. You will not get this much space staying in central area.

The curtain lets in a fair amount of sunlight. We were woken up quite early because of it.

Apartment was large for Japan. Easy access to transportation and walking distance to supermarket. Very clean, comfortable beds, washing machine was great. Highly recommended
