Hotel IT is a hidden gem in Osaka. Offering an affordable price, it provides a delightful experience with a stunning lobby and a cozy cafe. The rooms are remarkably spacious compared to those in Tokyo. Conveniently located near a large supermarket, the hotel allows you to immerse yourself in the local atmosphere, waking up to the sight of children in cute uniforms heading to school, and locals going about their daily routines. It truly feels like living there, rather than just visiting. It's undoubtedly the best place to stay during my Japan trip.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They help hold the luggage on the day of checking in or out. They also help you arrange for luggage shipment to next destination. Overall, the room wasn't that big, but kind of expected. Three beds were clutch and the bidet offered more options than most (if you care for that). Even if you ask them not to clean the room, they still provide bags full of necessities like towels, coffee and tea, and water each day. Location is pretty convenient to the train station and there is a Lawson nearby. Laundry machines already have detergent! You have to scan your card to access the hotel rooms so it felt a little safer.

One of the blankets had a big brown/red colored stain on it. There was a duvet/cover over it, so I left it. I'm sure if I said something, they would address it.

Our room is very clean and well-equipped. The hotel is near the station and easy to find. Staffs are really nice and supportive. We enjoyed our stay here.

Location: in a quiet and nice neighborhood. Very close to subway station and good choices of restaurants, izakaya, shops, parks within walking distance (max ~20 mins) Decoration: decos are with comfortable minimalism that makes you feel calm and peaceful. Facility: rooms and bathrooms are very clean and morden. Lobby with restaurant-bar and a balcony that you can chill easily. Eco-friendly: limited plastic use and voluntary cleaning policy (they provide minimum daily cleaning by default) - High five to the effort to save the planet together!

- Window shade a bit light-through, compared to usual curtain. It makes it hard if you want to sleep in a bit as sunrise is around 5am in May. - Footsteps (from bare feet) can be heard every night from my neighbor from some direction. But I guess this is the most common scenario in most if not all hotels. Besides this, it’s super quiet in the room from sound-proof windows.

The room was spacious for Japan hotels and comfortable, all the amenities you'd need and the ability to open a window (with a nice view overlooking the city). Washing and drying machines were easy to use and quicker cycles than other facilities we'd had access to. Friendly and generous staff and great to have the cafe/bar right downstairs we could use as a common area! So good having the grocer next door and easy access to nearby subway stations.

A little further out from the main areas of Osaka we were frequenting but we didn't really know that until we booked. In saying that, there was quick access to subways nearby and the city is gridded so the walking is easy and straightforward. In general the room was great except the blinds let in a heap of morning light (more preference for us as we're late risers) and the air conditioner kept switching off periodically so occasionally had some uncomfortable sleeps. You can hear a fair bit of noise from the hallway and other rooms as well, not soundproofed.

stayed here multiple times, on multiple floors and rooms.the only downside is your room is rather bright at night. this is due to the wooden windowblinds not fully shutting out the light outside. there's a large building across with a large illuminated sign. this weeps through .if you're sensitive to light when sleeping ,make sure to bring an eye mask.

I was there almost 3 weeks but every morning I have to show the break first ticket to the staff. I thought it will be nicer if they remember the guest face. Also if I ask sone dishes are run out, some non japanese staff just answer “yes”, in Japanese normally say “sorry, in the sentence when you speak in Japanese. Also I think staff need to deal with customer case by case. Just do not follow the hand book.

Friendly staff, nice young vibe. I can imagine it is a super nice place to stay when on a business trip as the lobby has really nice places to sit and work but also relax. You are in a more local area but still close (by subway) to all the important things. Everything is clean and the complimentary water bottles you receive everyday is a great bonus. There is a supermarket right downstairs which is super convenient, we were usually eating there in the mornings or when we felt like getting a snack.

You cannot really hear the neighbours talk but you do hear them walking around. There is a lot of light in the room so we couldn’t sleep that well in the mornings - this would be really good to change since getting a good night sleep is the most important thing in a hotel. The room also gets really hot during the night but the AC is directed right towards your head so you cannot really use it all night.

The hotel is very stylish and a good deal. The lobby had a nice area to work and a DJ spinning in the evenings. If you're into pizza, the hotel offers a discount at their restaurant. A supermarket is right next door where you can get snacks for a great price. We had easy access to the laundry and didn't wait to use the machines.

Our room was small for Japan, and we felt a draft from the window. The hotel wasn't close to major attractions, but a quick 15-minute train ride got you where you needed to go.
