Hotel is close to Awaza metro Station, pink line. U can connect to Nankai airport line via Namba station. 15 min walk for Life Supermarket and 25 min walk for Aveon Mall. On the 1st floor (close to front desk) they have free soft drinks & coffee machine; smoking terrace and big closet with pillows, pijamas and amemities Japanese and European style breakfast was good, breakfast room is open between 06.00-09.00 AM. Hotel provided free lockers on check in and check out day. That helped us a lot :) Front desk employees speak very good english. I had stayed in 3 different hotels during my vacation and Super Hotel was the best. Although it would be amazing if hotel sell their branded products. For example, I would love to buy their bags. Hotel would have free advertising around the world and guest would have memorable gifts. But they don't :)
On check out date we had extended our room for 2 more hours and paid for it. But Housekeeping staff walked into our room at 10.15AM anyway. I was a bit scared and startled 'cause wasn't expecting that. There was no black tea and boiled eggs in breakfast room.

This is really a Super Hotel! The staff is always polite and very helpful! The location is very convenient (closest station is Awaza) only 10 minutes away from Namba, the centre of Osaka, by subway. Breakfast is delicious and really great value for money! They even provide an ethernet cable in every room, so I was able to work without worrying about the connection, The Onsen is a bonus as I was able to relax after a busy day! There are plenty of excellent restaurants very close to the hotel day and night. The rooms are clean and quiet. They provide extra skin care and shampoo that you chose from and pyjamas and extra pillows! I had a fantastic time and I highly recommend this hotel.

The property had free welcome drinks in the early evening and free coffee, soda during the day. We were able to use the property's provided "pajamas" during our stay, which was quite nice. The room was clean and cozy - there was a USB port by the bed and also a cable for charging. The bed had very interesting pillows - it was confusing at first, but actually slept like a baby (if I remember correctly, there was also an option to change the pillow if needed). The property had a hot spring (Onsen) - there are separate areas for men and women (you have to go completely naked). The property provides information about the hot spring usage policy for first-time visitors. We used the hot springs every day during our stay - I recommend it.

Amazing value for the price. Went to the onsen every night I was there. There were free welcome drinks during the early evening and free coffee and soda during the day. The personnel was extremely kind and welcoming. The room was a reasonable size. Can’t believe this place was the same price as the nondescript hotels recommended at the conference I was attending.
Would’ve been a perfect 10/10 but the WiFi was basically unusable, even at the lobby. Another pretty minor point, there was an inexplicable pile of dirty towels in front of the door to my room when I arrived, which was confusing.

Great location for my meeting at the International Conference Centre; clean, straightforward and as described; superb hot spring baths in basement (free to residents).
Some staff spoke little if any English, making communications tricky (though some used an oral translation software). In the circumstances, fuller written English instructions at check-in would have been helpful, e.g. explaining that no coffee or tea is provided in rooms but that tea can be collected from a shelf in the reception area.

The place has an onsen but if you have tattoos you cannot use it. My husband used it and he liked it. I used the massage service (extra fee) but it was one of the best massages I had, after so much walking and carrying bags it was very helpful. The location is also very good, close to major metro lines. Very good breakfast (extra fee)
The pillow was not comfortable for my husband and he wanted to change it, but there were no small pillows available anymore. So we used very thin ones for the onsen resting area.

Room was standard, free bar in the evening was a nice perk, as was the onsen. Staff were generally friendly and helpful.
Location is just okay. It's less than a 10 minute walk to the Awaza Metro station, and there is a bus right out front that goes to Osaka Station, but next time I will probably pay a little more to be somewhere more central to make sightseeing simpler with fewer transfers. Even though they are supposedly eco-conscious, even if you forgo housekeeping, they still give you fresh towels and toothbrushes every day. I know this is common practice in Japan, but I would prefer If there was a way to refuse this service. Bathtub in the room was slightly smaller than average for Japan, but I guess that's what the onsen is for!

The onsen in the basement was spacious and relaxing. Despite the check in being via a terminal the staff were welcoming and helpful. Free welcome drinks were a nice touch and breakfast, though busy, was good. Hotel location was pretty handy for the subway.
The size of the room was a real problem and we travel light. Rooms in Japan are always compact but this was very tight for 2 people. To be fair ilthe square footage was advertised but compared to, say, APA hotels, there was nowhere to store two small cases or to hang clothes or towels.

Amazing staff and luxurious spa-facility included. Smallish but clean, tidy and comfortable room. As we explored the city most of time we had two really good nights of sleep nights. Another nice extra were the pillows with ”beans” rather than down and feather which provided excellent support. I highly recommend this hotel.
Our room had no see trough window (textured glass pane) and did not fully open. It was also slightly damp in the room resulting in socks and underware drying over the course of our stay. It is also close to the highway, so if you are easly disturbed you might want to at least get a room facing the smaller street.

I absolutely loved this hotel, which blows every other budget hotel I've stayed in in Japan out of the water. The whole place had been renovated a month before I visited, so everything was shiny and new. Rooms were bigger than your average Japanese budget hotel, and had been well thought out with lots of plug points in useful places, etc. They also give you a set of comfy pyjamas to wear, and you can choose your pillow(s) from a selection of them as well, which I though was a nice touch. Bed was super comfy too. The real bonus, however, was the natural spring onsen, which I used every day I stayed. It's not huge, so it was always fairly busy, but I never failed to find a quiet corner (they have a big hot pool with a couple of submerged 'beds' to lie on, another smaller one with Jacuzzi-style jets, a small cold plunge pool, and a sauna, plus dry areas to relax.) Location is a bit quiet, but not too far (maybe 20 mins walk or walk+metro) from lots of the main areas, art museums, etc. Highly recommended if you don't mind not being in the thick of the action as soon as you walk outside your door!
