The hotel is located in 10-12 min walk from an underground station with the pavement not really smooth so may be complicated to carry the luggage. Other than the above, it is a great value for money.

Checked in really late but they were nice to open parking gate for us. Quite good price for the location
Bed for two was quite small but as we were staying for short time to prepare for long drive back to Tokyo, was ok.

Managed to check in 3pm instead of 4pm. Facilities adequate for solo traveller. Smoking room option is still available.

The check in was really kind and helped me find the station and where I needed to go
I had spoken to staff before check in telling me I could have my luggage transported. This was why I booked due to traveling to Tokyo. They then told me at check out that no they do not support this service. Then trying to locate some left behind items they have ignored me through the booking.com app.
