Huge room!

No reception so no staff. I was told by email that I could check in 2 hrs earlier but when I tried it wasn’t possible. Didn’t like the check in method. No cleaning during our stay (3 nights) Not hot water AC super loud but so useless

Great location next to Chuo line on metro. Convenience stores, restaurants nearby. 5 stops to Expo 2025. Heated pool, supermarket, cooking class within 15min walk. Dotonburi, Osaka Castle, 15mins by metro. Large apartment with lounge, dining area, good kitchen. Separate toilet, large shower room and semi- separate basin area Washing machine, coin dryer downstairs, easy check in, no staff. Residual noise from fwy didn't bother us. We got a 40% discount by booking without cancellation option so good value. We're 65 years old. Stayed on 7th floor of 10 storey building.

Azawa Metro is literally 25 meters from building exit. Direct train to Nippombashi. The stay was good. Spacious and clean. There's washer in the unit. Dryer at Lobby ¥100 for 30mins, and it actually lets my clothes dry properly. Unlike other locations I've stayed at, that left my clothes smell musky and moist despite spending almost $20 and wasted 3hours...Lawson's and 7/11 just walking distance on both left and right side!! It's literally a fully functioning apartment. Extention cable, Netflix, cooker, boiler, fridge, crockery, a/c a tad noisy but ok.

The steps into and out of Metro, with luggage, were nightmares 😳. Travel light is best, I'll go smaller luggage than a 27" next time! Pillows, actual pillows would be great. Not cushions.

The combination of low cost, convenient location (right next to a convenience store, train station, and several restaurants), and space/level of comfort is unmatched. It was my second time staying here, and once again I was utterly impressed. Especially if you can get a last-minute deal (bringing the cost down to around half), this is an accommodation that should not be missed. We were also provided in advance with a change of towels for each day of our stay, which was much appreciated.

This is truly minor, but although the accommodation is right to Awaza Station, you definitely will need to transfer at least once to go to most major sightseeing locations (though is usually only 1-2 extra stations).

large apartment by Japanese standards. big tv, was able to sign into my Netflix account. well equipped to cook a meal and the washing machine was super handy. like most of Japan, convenience stores close by.

while it is close to the awaza train station, it's not on the JR pass line, something to keep in mind, took 3 different trains from the airport and lots of stairs at the subway. There's no staff so keep this in mind also. we were hoping to leave luggage while away for a few days but not possible with no staff. Two tea bags and coffee sachets even though we were staying 3 nights, come on.

close proximity to things to do in central Osaka. Spacious property compared to others in Osaka - especially compared to hotels. This has everything we needed and the train station is a 5min walk away (to get to the platform!). I know there were others there but we never ran into any other guests, only the staff, who were so lovely when we greeted them. We are already planning our next Japan trip and will stay here when we next visit Osaka.

I love everything about the studio apartment and I wish I got to stay longer. I enjoyed watching netflix to unwind after long day of walking. The accessibility is amazing. It's near Awaza Exit 2..but if you are carrying huge luggage..use elevator at Exit 4..from the elevator turn left and walk pass Lawson..then you need to make a right turn. The check-in and check-out process was easy, the studio apartment was spacious for 2 people..I think it can fit 3 people. Will definitely stay here again.

1) The host is extremely friendly and nice. I did not expect him to help me check in quite late at night! 2) The room is PERFECTLY CLEAN, KITCHEN WAS SPOTLESS, THE TOILET IS SO CLEAN AND COMES WITH BIDET! I LOVE IT! The size of the entire unit is perfect for the two of us! 3)Location was 2 mins walk to AWAZA station! 3mins to 7-11. Wow, what else can you ask for! The best hotel by far! I am entirely grateful!

Amazing little apartment in Osaka. Has EVERYTHING you need for a short or long stay. The cooking appliances made it easier to have some nice Kobe beef diners right in the apartment :) Good supermarkets and nice restaurants in the area. The touristy areas are not far - you can walk (30 min) or take the train (10 min). The apartment is not "large", but it feels big.

Nothing comes to mind. If we go to this area again, I would try to book this place and use it as a base to explore not only Osaka, but also Kyoto, Nara, the mountains, etc.

Everything! This little apartment had everything and more. I would say it’s a bit of a hidden gem. Bed was really comfy and the pillows were great! Although we didn’t have a lot of luggage, it was really good to have the space to be able to sort things. Also to have somewhere to sit other than the bed. We will be back to this place for sure!
