The facilities and staff were amazing. My sister is a smoker and she didn’t have to go far for the designated smoking area. It is very conveniently located near multiple convenience stores and restaurants. Furthermore, the hostel doubles as an izakaya with delicious food options at a wonderful price. The staff were all phenomenal, always greeting us with a smile and striking up conversations.

When my sister needed to use the restroom, she had to go downstairs in order to use the women’s restroom, but this was only a mild inconvenience and was not enough to be a deterrence for a return visit.

I stayed at this hostel for just one night, as I was just passing through Osaka. But I can say that it was definitely one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. I found it very interesting that as soon as you enter there is a restaurant and then before going up to your room you have to take off your shoes and put on slippers. The staff is very helpful and gives you a kind of entry card along with a piece of paper with the name of your room, the floor, your bed number, the Wi-Fi password and other important information. If you need to rent towels, toothbrushes or other amenities, you can do so. The women's bathroom has a hairdryer and soap. The beds are comfortable, there is also a small lamp inside your sleeping space. Anyway, it was a very good experience! The price is very affordable and the location is also very good. You can easily walk to the famous Dotonbori district, it takes about 20 to 25 minutes. It's definitely worth a visit!

the nearest metro station exit with elevator and escalator. the road from the nearest metro station to the hostel is flat, with 3 different convenient stores. staff are very friendly and helpful, speaks English. can storage your baggage free before check-in. first floor is a restaurant. access card for the main entrance when the restaurant closed. with elevator. change indoor slippers before enter the elevator for all areas except the first floor. trash can every floor in front of the elevator. no lock for every room keeps quiet. for every bed : storage space, bed light, sockets, curtain. showers in 2nd floor, men / women separated.

though google map shows 5 min walk from the nearest metro station HonJo exit23, it should be more included the walk inside the station. women toilets only in 5th floor (but never need to wait) the floor of the elevator is greasy due to the restaurant. the hot water for shower will be used out while peak time.

Felt relatively outdated compared to other hostels I stayed at. Nearest bathroom was out of order for my whole stay. Not the best for security - while the front door was locked overnight, the door to the room had no lock

A friendly atmosphere. Lots of guests, but everyone was well behaved despite the crowded conditions. Good location. Helpful staff.

The elevator and stairway were dirty. The elevator looked like it had not been cleaned in years.

Super social and relaxed hostel, very nice beds with decent amount of privacy. Pretty good location, but don’t be deceived by the proximity to the train station as the station exit is very far from the lines.

The only issues and reason I marked down the rating was because the floor around the toilets the unisex one in the 2nd floor in particular course use a good ol’ hard scrub.

Very easy going and comfortable. Close to the subway station and konbinis. I would come back!

Not much. The restroom on my floor was out of order, but the downstairs one was usually free.

Easy to locate from the subway, comfortable beds, and the izakaya on the 1st floor is great.

A limited number of bathrooms on different floors. Luckily the elevator is quick, but still would be better if each floor had a unisex bathroom.

Each bunk bed was separated from each other by walls so we had a good privacy. Showers, toilets and sinks were cleans as well as the sheets. Moreover, the hostel is perfectly located between Umeda and Nanda if you like to roam the city by feet.

3rd time staying there it's always a pleasure it's close to everything and it has great food to. Will always stay here for my Osaka trips
