The hotel is very beautiful and offers all the comforts you might need. The rooms are much more spacious than the average Tokyo size, and the view is wonderful. The furniture is classy and vintage—a style I particularly like. The artwork on each floor is a nice touch. The bakery in front of the lobby serves amazing sweets—be sure to try the cube croissant! The location is a bit inconvenient—it's on Rokko Island—but a short 6-minute ride on the Rokko Line takes you right into the heart of the action.

The pillows: please consider switching to memory foam. The traditional Japanese-style ones are very uncomfortable and can cause neck pain.

Great hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. They went the extra mile and helped me make a reservation for the bus back to Osaka-Kansai airport. Facilities were clean and well maintained, very comfy room and bed. Toiletries and other amenities were on a table at the front desk, so you could grab all you needed, anytime. Breakfast was spot on! Great buffet with many different options, both Western and Asian. The location is great, just one block or so away from the bus stop and the train station. Congratulations to the staff and manager. This is what hotel experience should be.

Maybe have a few international cable TV options.

The hotel is located in a family-friendly environment. Kids are often seen playing in the area outside the hotel lobby. Restaurants are nearby and the surroundings are nice to walk around.

The staff at the reception can seem a bit not attentive. There were 3 staff around, but only 1 was serving the queue. I was standing there waiting to get my room key and the staff ignored me and skipped me to serve another guest who came later.

A clean and elegant hotel reminiscent of the 70s/80s, classic hotel vibe with comfort in heaps. The baths were my favourite feature, greta size, quick to fill. Right next to the train to the main city which was very convenient. Shop downstairs for fresh fruit with the most delicious strawberries.

Potentially a little out dated in its furnishings with a little wear and tear but otherwise it really wasn’t an issue.

The breakfast was fantastic. The location of hotel is a bit far away from the attractions but the public transport network is well connected in JAPAN. This is my first time coming Japan, the people of Japan gave me a positive impression, here it not only hotel I stayed is clean and tidy,but also nearly everything I see could feel the people's work attitudes are serious and focused.

The view from my room was amazing! I was on the 11th floor and could see the entire port. The room itself was spacious, the bathroom as well. There was a fridge, a huge tv, actually anything you need. The bed was big as well. Perfect!

Nothing to complain about. I was happy with everything at the hotel. Just the location is a bit off, but you know that before you book it and the connection to the island is very good. You almost never have to wait more than a few minutes if you want to ride to Kobe.

Being close to the family we were visiting, the location was good. It was really nice to see that there were so many shops open there now and so many activities going on in the Central area.

I think it's time that the piece of material near the foot of the bed was replaced. Ours was frayed.

The ambiance is good. The staff was obedient, and the amenities were also very good. The room is perfectly cleaned every day. The washroom and bathroom are very clean. Information displayed in the room is understandable.

I liked everything.

Amazing view of Kobe and Osaka from the room. The area around the hotel was nicer than expected and there are a number of places within walking distance to eat.

As others have said, the rooms are a little dated but that wasnt a major concern - everything was clean and tidy

Breakfast was great. If you have kids they can go to the giant trampoline and you can do so groceries shopping in the same building just another entrance.

Location is too far from the Center even with the station in walking distance
