The Japanese manager was very pleasant to deal with. Room is very spacious. Clean and tidy all the time. Close to the park where sumo wrestlers train during season. Listing also shows how to get to the property which was very helpful.

Would be good if a mirror is added to the room. Upon check in, a younger staff assisted me, would have been nice to be showed around the first floor such as location of laundry area and where to get utensils from (introvert problems).

I travel a lot for work. This place is one of my favorites. It is super close to the station, market, drug stores, and convenience stores. The facility is super new and clean. It felt safe, too. The small kitchen made our tea and warm snacks. The staff was kind, and the breakfast was simple Japanese style, which we liked! He cooked eggs on the spot, and it was delish. Just a couple of requests to make: the pillow was a bit hard, and the towels could be softer. Well, that is a preference.

Quite clean, quiet for the most part, and fairly spacious as a solo traveler.

There is a construction for a building going on outside of the hotel and they were going at it at the crack of dawn for one of the days. When the room was cleaned the toothbrush and paste I recieved was removed. It would have been good to know in advance so I could have grabbed a second one.

The place was great, clean, the host very nice... The only pity is that the shower was not in the room, but it was written in the description, so I cannot really complain. Anyways there were two shower rooms, in which you could lock yourselve and shower in privacy, so quite fine. The room had a kitchen, which was very nice, and the bed had a heating system inside which was GREAT.

The room is spacious and clean, and the facility in the hotel is great. The location is near the subway and very convenient for going anywhere. The rate is also good. The owner and the staff of Connect Inn are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple but good. Would consider to stay at Connect Inn Tsuruhashi next time.

There is an open market beside the hotel and it is a bit dark during the night, but there is light on the road to the hotel.

A great neighbourhood. The hotel is surrounded by markets with many food options and is right next to a major railway station, only 30 minutes to Nara. They provide you local recommendations. There are at least 3 common showers, so we never had to wait for anybody. Everything felt sparkling clean.

The fact that they didn't even seem to replace the furniture and emergency equipment of the former nursing home felt a bit creepy.

Very clean accommodation. Having experience a poor hostel in Tokyo, this made our travels much better. Clean showers and bathrooms regularly maintained and the rooms are spacious. We are thinking of going back again next week!

The general area around is a bit run down but the place itself there is nothing to fault

The hotel is clean and tidy. It located in the center of Korean town. Lots of eateries and shoppings around. Just few steps away from the train station.

Check-in only opens 4pm.

Good rate, great location (Tsuruhashi station - JR, subway, and metro) Staffs were very kind and helpful even though we don't speak japanese. The room was impeccable; spacious and clean. There's an induction stove, kettle, dishes, and mini refrigerator. Although bathrooms are on the 1st floor, there's a toilet in the room so no problem when we had to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. Washer and dryer are also available to use. We loved the free rental yukata.
