super spacious, very clean. with a little kitchen where you can cook. Wonderful to have an in-unit washing machine. Perfect stay. Air-con is cool enough, with air purifier machine. Excellent location, plenty of restaurants around, supermarkets and fresh food markets around.

The location is close to train station, so you expect to hear a bit of train noise but the room include ear plugs. We are fine with the noise. No complain.

We loved the location and the size of the room. You are close to many convenience stores and both the train and the subway. There is a washing machine in the room which we found very handy. The bathroom has a drying fan for wet clothes. We heard the trains but they weren’t bothersome.

The beds could have been a little softer!

Good location very near to the JR Tsuruhashi Station Exit 4 take the lift and go up then turn right 30 meters only. Closed to 7-eleven and Family mrt in a walking distance. Self-check in and check out are very convenient and we can leave our luggage at the hotel lobby by ourselves as they provide cable lock for us. Rooms are very clean and beds for all people are very comfortable.

We came as a family of 4 and the room is quite spacious for 4 of us to pack and unpack our luggage. The room is clean and well taken care. They provide us with stuffs we need during our stay such as portable heater, air purifier and what I like the most they provide dryer system inside the bathroom to make sure our laundry is well dried after washing. They also provide the detergent for washing. Amazing service for a 3 star hotel. Location also close to osaka loop line and osaka metro (sennimachi line). Many eateries around and also conveninent store. We surely come back again next time for our next visit.

The cleaner will only clean up the room every other day. They dont provide knife to cut fruit.

Location very close to 3 stations the nearest is Tsuruhashi Metro Station. At least 3 Mini Marts nearby for quick snack. Few stations away from Dotonbori, shinsekai and Osaka Castle. The room is quite spacious and complete facilities kitchen, microwave, washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Check in and check out procedure really easy.

Access to the hotel is confusing at first due to the narrow alley. There are train tracks nearby, so quite noisy but will get used after some time.

- love the location. The lift to station is just a short walk away and the JR line is within walking distance of about 4 mins. - room is nice and huge. - Good for families with young children. - room comes with microwave, fridge, kitchen and all the necessary.

-Din like the check-in process. You need to pre check-in in order to enter the premises. I did not trust the process so did not do so, and was stuck outside for a good 5 mins or so before staff eventually came out to open door for us to enter. - no room cleaning for stay of less than 3 days, but they will give you enough toiletries to last you for that. - washing machine within room does not come with dryer, but the bathroom does have a drying function though space is limited for hanging clothes.

1. Location. The hotel is near train station and several convenience stores. 2. Facilities. 3. Security. One thing that I want to acknowledge the hotel is the extra help given to us in regards to our luggages. Due to language barrier with 7-eleven staff and no access to sim card, we were not able to arrange for a luggage delivery service. We got help from the housekeeping lady who called one of the receptionists on 16 dec 2023. The reception agreed to help us and we left our luggages and funds in our rooms. They helped us arrange for luggage delivery and with their assistance, our luggages arrived in Tokyo the next day. My family is very thankful to the hotel staff. We greatly appreciate all their help. :)

Apartment was big, it was clean, close to train and subway. Security was great. Staff were lovely and helpful.

This is very minor but a larger table, isn’t really big enough for four people by to sit comfortably. Also a lamp in the main room would be perfect, the overhead lighting is too bright it’s like being in a supermarket. Still these are only minor things and more just suggestions.
