Good value for the money. Clean room.

Shower and toilet is really small. Location is decent but 15 min from metro.

During the entire stay I did not encounter any problems. The check in is from 3 p.m. but you can store your luggage before check in when needed. The room was clean, I had enough space to fully open my suitcase on the floor, the bed is a bit on the firmer side but still comfortable. The neighborhood is calm and quiet, other guests were also quiet at night so I didn't had any troubles sleeping.

The hotel is located at a 10-15 minute walk from Tsuruhashi station, which is doable but not with a heavy suitcase in the summer. The bathroom is small so you don't really have space for your skincare/makeup.

Being a family of 4, we had to book 2 separate rooms, but the staff were kind enough to put us right next to each other. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the beds were absolute heaven! They were very comfortable and a nice change from all the firm beds we'd been staying in previously. We only stayed one night, but from beginning to end, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked to include buffet breakfast, which was not what we expected. The food was still lovely, but our kids had hoped for more Western food options which wasn't the case. Not a complaint at all though, just something that didn't suit our family.

The only downfall of this property for us was it's location. It's a bit of a distance to the closest station and there's not much around in terms of food (that suited the needs of our kids). We ended up splurging on taxis instead which wasn't really a problem as it gave our feet a break from all the walking for a day.

Good location because it is quiet and not so busy, near Tsuruhashi station. The room is much nicer than most hotels at this price level. The room has clean smell, while many Japanese hotels smell like cigarettes despite non-smoking status. This one has nice windows (large) and wide room.

Not the fault of hotel, but on some nights the Japanese men nearby smoked in the hallway and their rooms and behaved loud. This happens in Japan in many hotels, but is not the fault of hotel. However, the hotel staff should be more assertive with local guests and not simply close their eyes and ears to what they do.

The hotel itself was good, it was beautiful and clean. The staff was nice. Laundry room is open from 12:00pm (noon) to 11pm. We didn't have any trouble getting a machine. There were 2 of them. The hotel is a pretty close walk from the station but we had to walk through an open air fish market with all our bags. There is a Family Mart right around the corner from the hotel.

There are no good dinner restaurants in the area. Your choices will be a grungy Korean restaurant or a 30 minute walk to get out of Koreatown after a full day of sightseeing. We just ate dinner at FamilyMart. It is also a 25 minute commute by train or a 1 hour walk to dotonbori and the famous glico sign.

There was great places to eat all around, the staff were friendly and very helpful when we asked questions. Breakfast was great and had a variety of options that seemed to change everyday. Near the Osaka Loop Line as well which took us to most of our destinations.

They receive the luggage if you send it from another hotel but when we asked if they could then send ours to the next they were unable. There is a luggage travel place down the road though. We also had followed the cleaning door signs but didn’t get our room cleaned when requested, we were checking out a few days later so that may have been why.

The room that I booked was so spacious! For a Japanese hotel to be that spacious, I was in awe. I love everything bout the room, it even has a chair inside the room! (which you rarely find in a Japanese hotel). They provide a pajama everyday and there's coin laundry as well at Level 7. There's Family Mart just around the corner and Lawson down the road.

The location is in K-town, around 8~ minutes walk from the nearest station, Tsuruhashi. Could get very dark when late at night, and its very quiet as well.

I spent here about two weeks and had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and supported me with sending my luggage to the next hotel. The room was good for its size and regularly cleaned. Amenities like tea, coffee or water were provided in the room, too. Optionally you could also get other amenities at the front desk as well. Also had a nice view from my room and on the balcony with the smoking-area you also have a good view at the sunset and some skycrapers of Osaka.

The next closest train stations were Tsuruhashi or Momodani station of the Osaka loop line which were on one hand quite convenient since you could reach the main districts or famous sights of the city easily. On the other hand it took about 10-13 minutes from the hotel to walk to the stations. So it's good to consider that as well when you return from a tiring day.

We had a beautiful room, very comfortable with everything you might need. Breakfast was also amazing. Also Korea-town was nearby and had lots of amazing food

The hotel is a bit far from subway so if you're having a lot of luggage it's quite a challenge to get there through thestreets between houses. Also when we needed a taxi, the staff was a bit rude when we asked for an estimated price beforehand and also we didn't understand clearly where we should wait and when the taxi will arrive and the staff just told is to go outside when we asked these questions

Fairly clean place, soft bed, pretty wide room size, and convenient laundry available. Luggage scale at the lobby is nice to have.

Location wise, not too far to the station, but still a fair bit amount of time to walk to. Air con remote control sometimes does not work. The balcony was not able to be used, which is a shame. However, this is not really a big deal. (Reasonable for them to deny access per safety reasons).
