Hotel room is clean and spacious with 2 double beds that can accommodate family of 2 adults 2 children. Location is great, less than 10 min walk to Sannomiya station with lots of restaurants and shops and direct bus. Amenities are self served at the lobby floor and choices of pillows placed next to the elevator on each floor. I did get a more cushioned pillow that is very comfortable to sleep with. Front staff is friendly and they instructed us to check in and coin exchange at the self served computer. The artificial onsen is great and helped cleared the tiredness after traveling the whole day. Overall, I'm satisfied and highly recommend the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at Green Rich Hotel Kobe Sannomiya. The hotel location is good, the personnel are polite, and all the amenities have been provided. The artificial hot spring was also good! Price/Quality ratio met my expectations. Nice choice for those who want to save some money and have a pleasant stay in Kobe.

Convenient location near the JR Kobe Sannomiya station. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Very good breakfast, nice onsen. Variety of parking lots around the hotel.

The elevators always stop at the lobby, which is annoying and wastes time. The bed in our room was too narrow for a couple. The onsen congestion indicator always shows unoccupied, which is usually not the case.

The hotel is very close to the Sannomiya station, which is super convenient. There‘s also a lot of convenience stores and restaurants in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room is your standard hotel room, nothing out of the ordinary but comfortable.

Unfortunatley the first hotel in Japan, which don't offer water for drinking at rooms and the vendor automates were Sold out after two days

It's a little far from one of the Portliner stations and Sannomiya Station, but that's the only bad thing about it.

The Onsen (hot bath) in the hotel is very much a positive point. Good WiFi. They also have LAN port and provide LAN cable.

Room is modern with nice wallpaper design. Bathroom is very spacious. Has coin laundry machines and able to see availability from TV.

Sofa and coffee table quite large which occupies a lot of space. Mattress is a bit soft.

To have an Onsen in the Hotel is nice. The breakfast was okay, nice mixture (but the little bakery around the corner is unbeatable).

The room and the beds were a bit small for four. The Hotel lacks a lobby.
