Hotel superior room is bigger compared to other hotel in the area, clean and comfortable, bedsheets are high quality. The location is very quiet and convenient to great coffee shops, shopping, restaurants etc..

Consistently clean the washer & dryer area or atleast the hotel management can able to provide cleaning wipes so the person can clean it after use. the washer was flithy full of hair and molds all over the rubber and inside door of the washing.

The room was huge and I easily had space for my luggage and saved me time as I was on a work trip. The bed was very comfortable and the working desk was enough space too for a quick working session. The breakfast was also very good and I liked it a lot.

I am surprised that the VOD channels are not paid for already and still have to pay for them, per night, even for a hotel of this calibre. I have stayed at less that provided this for free.

My whole experience was great from check in to check out. Front desk staff was amazing at being able to communicate with me in English. They were also very thorough in explaining the amenities offered on this property. Once I got to my room I was so happy to see how clean and spacious the room was. The bathroom was spotless, the room was sound proof and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Additionally the breakfast staff was so friendly and the food tasted amazing. I would highly recommend staying here.

As always the room is great, the breakfast is nice and the service is great. I have been using them for the longest time whenever I have work in Kobe.

Not really much, I have been pretty satisfied with their service. One thing that might make it better is that the option to change breakfast to a fixed takeaway set when I do not have time for breakfast.

This accommodation was very centrally located, within walking distance to most downtown attractions. For value for money, it was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised with the standard of the accommodation for the price paid. The car parking was a bit expensive, but similar parking in other places were the same price.

This place was so great that we decided to stay an extra night. It's located on a quiet street, but walking distance to pretty much most of attractions in the center of the city. The room had everything to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Hotel had a luxurious vibe going for it. Customer service was very friendly and helpful.

The staff were extremely helpful, the room had all the amenities, the location was insane! We loved Kobe and Luminous is right at the heart of Sannomiya.

The breakfast was pretty lame. Very meager selection for a breakfast. Rice and soup for breakfast? No good. Also, the room could've been a bit cleaner. The TV cabinet was full of dust bunnies.

The location is perfect! Very close to the metro/train station, around 2 mins by walk. Also 1 min by walk to the shopping street and the city loop/port loop bus stop is just around the corner. Room is clean, facilities are new.

Location is very close to the main station (but not the Shinkansen station), many shops and facilities. There is a 7/11 convenience store almost opposite. Our De Luxe twin room was large and very pleasant, with a large window and natural light. Worth the extra payment if you have a longer stay to get the space.comfy hote

The breakfast is more suited to Japanese travellers - generous and lots of variety but not many choices for western tastes. There is no bar at the hotel, and no restaurant for lunch or dinner, though there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Extremely noisy building sites directly alongside and opposite. Work began at 8 am and finished at 5pm and the soundproofing did not block out the constant banging. Luckily we only had 2 nights and a full itinerary but be warned, this is not the place to relax during the day.
