Location is great. Breakfast is so good. Process of check in and check out flow smooth. The staff are dedicated to providing good advice and service. Highly recommend property

The day i stay, around hotel have site construction hard to find the entrance of the hotel. In the room has a lot of dust, Fortunately, the room has an air purifier.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is located right next to train/subway station and is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants (there is also a Lawsons right next door). The breakfast here is tasty with lots of options and there are lots of complementary amenities including skincare and teas. The staff were extremely attentive; they provided us with complementary umbrellas when it rained and were super kind to store our luggage for a night after we checked out as were were getting the bus to Arima Onsen.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this hotel.

It was a surprise to discover that a quite expensive hotel has such a poor wifi connection. The connection was lost on several occasions and the bit rate was so low that is was vertically impossible to make new reservations on Booking.com or do simple bank transactions.

It was very close to a lot of restaurants and train station but don't get confused as it is a couple of stops from where the shin kobe station. Very handy having the laundry on the 9th floor. Automatic check-in.

The hotel is starting to show it's age. Also we had a large massage chair in a very small room.

Location to station was convenient

All the construction around the property prevented me from finding it easily

It was so convenient to everything. Bus stop from KiX, Sannomiya Station. Lawson and Daiei were next door.

The room was tiny.

Very close to the inner city of Kobe and close to the station. Hotel was very nice and everything you could ask for.

Very good, wide range of items readily available to cover most tastes

Prefer shower stall to bath tub in the small toilet.

The room was clean & a resible size. The breakfast was very good.
