Stayed a brief night in their quadruple room at another location near the park, about 130m away. The room was spacious, looked old but was well maintained. It had a shared bathroom, but there was no one else around during our stay. We were woken up by the sound of bugs in the morning, which gave me a cozy kampung hometown feel. Check-in is at the liquor store opposite, and the staff were patient, giving us a quick tour of the room and surroundings despite our late arrival close to their 10pm check-in cut-off. They are strict about the cut-off time, so do take note.

This is perhaps one of the best dormitories I’ve stayed in. The 4 beds are separated by partitions, and there’s a shared table space with a small pantry for light meals. The whole place feels spacious and not cramped at all. They even offer a voucher for the onsen next door, with towel, soap, and other amenities included. The owner is a super friendly guy who patiently explains everything in detail, even down to the indoor (white) and outdoor (black) slippers they provide. He’s also a great liquor collector, I got to try a few really nice from local distillery based on his recommendations. (not to mention your stay also includes a welcome drink !)

There were a few minor inconveniences, but nothing that affected my stay. Just a note: there are two “2no HOME & PARK” places on the same street, only 2 minutes apart. One is the reception and liquor bar (where you check in), and the other is a wine bar with the dorms upstairs. At night, there are often returning guests chatting with the owner — it’s a cozy vibe, but you might pass by them on your way in, especially if you’re not fully dressed, haha. Also, there’s no water dispenser or kettle provided.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming hostel. The separated beds provided extra privacy, and everything was exceptionally clean. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the atmosphere feel warm and inviting. I also appreciated the attention to detail throughout the place—it’s clear that a lot of care has gone into maintaining it. One of the highlights was the local onsen just next to the hostel. Walking there with my soap basket and towel felt like a truly authentic experience and added a special touch to my stay. The wine shop on the ground floor was another great feature, offering a cozy spot to relax. The building itself has history and character, which only adds to its charm.

1. Next to a small park, the trees and sunlights are great to be the view. 2. All the equipment in the room are sufficent and well maintained. 3. The free onsen ticket is wonderful, you can go to the onsen even in the midnight or very early in the morning, the hotel offers the shower gel, shampoo and towel. 4. It's in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the train station. 5. The host is nice and very good at English. 6. Easy check out.

Some may not like the noise from the crows in the morning, but it's ok for me. :P

Bed in the female dorm room was comfy. toilet upstairs with the dorm room. Super clean. Loved the connection to a local public bath house!! Towel, soap, shampoo and conditioner supplied for use at bath house. Great location, close to public transport.

A little hard to find, reception is not in the same place as the accomodation (maybe 20m in another business). First spot on google is incorrect. There are signs pointing you to correct location for reception. If early unexpectedly no place to store baggage, please plan ahead.

Although it was just for one night, I’ve had a fabulous stay at 2no home & park and would definitely come back! The facilities are spotless clean and super comfy. The design is well-thought – starting with the room distribution and ending with the shower board – and the location is centric yet quiet, overlooking a small park in Ninomiya. You also get cool perks like an onsen ticket (which was surprisingly good!!) and a taste of local sake as a welcome drink (whether it’s sake, whiskey, beer, or wine you like, make sure to visit the 2no shops nearby, run by the same people). Highly recommended!

I bought too many things that were too heavy, and then I carried them around for too long, which caused my gluteal muscles to be injured, and I walked with a limp. After soaking in the hot spring for two days, I got better and now I am back to my country for treatment. This hot spring is fabulous. Thank you for the welcome drink~

I wish there could have a microwave....So I don't have to eat cold food all the time.

The host was very knowledgeable and commute very well in English that he helped us with all our enquiries. The welcome drink was much appreciated and I had the most yummy wine and my hubby had the best sake in town. Please visit their lovely bar if you have the time. The complementary public bath was great for me(female) but hubby and the boys complained that when they visited the bath in the evening time, it was too crowded so they didn't enjoyed it much. Lovely 1 night stay in Kobe with comfortable beds. We stayed in the family room, next to the park! The kids were happy!

The location is amazing ..it's near to every place we wanted to visit and near to the touristic sites ..the neighbourhood is too great overall is too nice..staff are nice other visitors are nice too , everyone in The neighbourhood was helpful and welcoming ..the public bath was amazing,, I do recommend and If ill return sure ill book there again *Note : public bath you need to be naked ..like fully naked which was too weird

No WiFi, other than that, everything was excellent

2no HOME&PARK is an excellent choice for solo travelers. The staff members were kind and communicative, and upon my early arrival before check-in time, they stored my luggage, allowing me to explore Kobe's tourist attractions. I was fortunate to receive an upgrade to a single room, which was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with amenities such as a fridge, desk, bed, water boiler, and tea set, offering comfort and convenience to travelers. The owner, who speaks and understands English, ensured there were no communication barriers, which I greatly appreciated. To my delight, the owner also provided complimentary tickets for a nearby onsen, although I was unable to use them. Nonetheless, his generosity was truly appreciated. Overall, my experience at 2no HOME&PARK was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to fellow solo travelers.

Due to the accommodation's proximity to a neighborhood park, there were instances of a few men gathering and talking loudly at night.
