Location was great. The room was quiet despite being in a busy place. The bed was comfortable and the sofa gave extra space to sit. I love Japanese toilets! Bathroom was good. Having access to an ice machine in the hallway was handy. The fact that the room had tea making facilities and a mini refrigerator was an added bonus. Terrific view from the breakfast room which had a good variety of western and Japanese food. Bus stop right outside the hotel and across the road from one of the train stations.

Minor annoyances such as the lifts were often very slow. I would have liked clean cups and glasses each day when they emptied the trash bin and changed the towels. It was initially unclear that you had to wait until you arrived before booking in for breakfast and then, you had to specify a time slot - if it was available. The room I was allocated looked out onto the wall of a neighbouring building but that probably accounted for it being quiet.

It really is a great location - positioned less that a block from one station and a little further the other direction to a second. The breakfast was also really good and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful with anything we needed

We had two rooms for 5 people. The rooms are very tight… our room with 3 was tough. There’s barely room to move much less deal with luggage. There are no shelves, closet, drawers, etc to put anything so be prepared to literally live out of your suitcase. The ruins were also very musty smelling. I’m not sure if the hotel doesn’t run air when rooms aren’t occupied but between the three hotels were stayed at while in Japan this was the only one that didn’t feel like 4 stars but was the same price

This is a great hotel that exceeded my expectations. The staff was great and multilingual. They kept our bike cases for us which really helped us out and were so kind to do so. The hotel is only 200 meters from the Sannomiya station and is very close to great shopping and restaurants. Loved the bath on the 14th floor, great place to relax and refresh.

Nothing that I could really comment on. They covered what I needed and then some.

The view is great! The hotel is very comfortable and I loved the japandi style of decoration. It feels warm and welcoming. The staff was helpful. I had an issue and they immediatly reacted in a kindest way. Will recomand and come again for longer. The spa is a real bonus!

Hotel was conveniently located near a train station and the streets behind the hotel are great for shopping! Room is very clean and relatively spacious. Breakfast was good with a mix of japanese and intercontinental.

If your room faces the train station, you will be able to hear the trains past midnight and early morning. If you are a light sleeper, perhaps request a room facing elsewhere. If you do not mind, then the view is great!

Convenient access to shops/restaurants and metro. Check-in/out is hassle free. Staffs are very helpful. The open air bath is fantastic. The buffet breakfast offers local seasonal dishes for a detox healthy diet.

I’m afraid the property needs extra effort to keep and uplift the hygiene standard. For example, the air-conditioning air filter/cover in the room/corridor are full of dust. Guess it’s owing to the shortage of staffs. In addition, the Simmons mattress is too soft, guess it’s time for replacement.

The room is large for Japanese standard. The hotel is very clean and new.

The coffee at the breakfast buffet could be improved. It would be beneficial for the hotel to invest in a higher-quality coffee machine. The shampoo, bath soap, and conditioner smell nice, but the pump mechanisms of the bottles they are in are quite stiff and do not dispense enough product with a single pump.

Offers good onsen even open after midnight. Breakfast was great with a good selection and the hotel separated guests into different time slots so the dining area was less crowded.

Not enough washing machines available. The bed size was small to fit all 4 family members but still good value for the location.

The breakfast is very varied and offers a choice of time slots, making it feel very organized. The public bathrooms are divided into outdoor and indoor, and the outdoor area has a beautiful view of the moon. Location is super and many delicious food around.Pan（Bread） downstairs across the street and Ramen is super.

1. There is a step when entering the bathroom, although it is understandable that it is necessary for waterproofing, but it is still dangerous. 2. On the night of our stay on June 3, we asked the front desk if we may borrow some soy sauce, and it was perfectly fine if we couldn't have any. The person on duty at the front desk was a compatriot, and instead of telling me "we can't provide it" or "the kitchen is closed", she told me like "In Japan, we put a lot of emphasis on hygiene, so we can't give you soy sauce! ". This condescending tone was very uncomfortable, , as if we were "unhygienic people". We have been to and from Japan many times and have never encountered such a situation. I also hope the accommodation can give an explanation.
