It really is a great location - positioned less that a block from one station and a little further the other direction to a second. The breakfast was also really good and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful with anything we needed

We had two rooms for 5 people. The rooms are very tight… our room with 3 was tough. There’s barely room to move much less deal with luggage. There are no shelves, closet, drawers, etc to put anything so be prepared to literally live out of your suitcase. The ruins were also very musty smelling. I’m not sure if the hotel doesn’t run air when rooms aren’t occupied but between the three hotels were stayed at while in Japan this was the only one that didn’t feel like 4 stars but was the same price

This is a great hotel that exceeded my expectations. The staff was great and multilingual. They kept our bike cases for us which really helped us out and were so kind to do so. The hotel is only 200 meters from the Sannomiya station and is very close to great shopping and restaurants. Loved the bath on the 14th floor, great place to relax and refresh.

If your room faces the train station, you will be able to hear the trains past midnight and early morning. If you are a light sleeper, perhaps request a room facing elsewhere. If you do not mind, then the view is great!

Convenient access to shops/restaurants and metro. Check-in/out is hassle free. Staffs are very helpful. The open air bath is fantastic. The buffet breakfast offers local seasonal dishes for a detox healthy diet.

I’m afraid the property needs extra effort to keep and uplift the hygiene standard. For example, the air-conditioning air filter/cover in the room/corridor are full of dust. Guess it’s owing to the shortage of staffs. In addition, the Simmons mattress is too soft, guess it’s time for replacement.

The room is large for Japanese standard. The hotel is very clean and new.

The coffee at the breakfast buffet could be improved. It would be beneficial for the hotel to invest in a higher-quality coffee machine. The shampoo, bath soap, and conditioner smell nice, but the pump mechanisms of the bottles they are in are quite stiff and do not dispense enough product with a single pump.

The breakfast is very varied and offers a choice of time slots, making it feel very organized. The public bathrooms are divided into outdoor and indoor, and the outdoor area has a beautiful view of the moon. Location is super and many delicious food around.Pan（Bread） downstairs across the street and Ramen is super.

1. There is a step when entering the bathroom, although it is understandable that it is necessary for waterproofing, but it is still dangerous. 2. On the night of our stay on June 3, we asked the front desk if we may borrow some soy sauce, and it was perfectly fine if we couldn't have any. The person on duty at the front desk was a compatriot, and instead of telling me "we can't provide it" or "the kitchen is closed", she told me like "In Japan, we put a lot of emphasis on hygiene, so we can't give you soy sauce! ". This condescending tone was very uncomfortable, , as if we were "unhygienic people". We have been to and from Japan many times and have never encountered such a situation. I also hope the accommodation can give an explanation.

We loved everything about this hotel! The location is perfect. It's close to the subway and many shops, restaurants and malls. The front desk staff at the hotel was super helpful! They put our luggage in our room while we were out sightseeing after our room became available. We opted not to have our room cleaned for a day but the service staff left us a bag with fresh towels, toothbrushes and bottled water. Their breakfast was also very good - a variety of meats, veggies, fruits, soups, breads and other things. Their hot tub and sauna were absolutely amazing! We highly recommend this hotel to everyone vising Kobe!

The hotel is in between motomachi and sannomiya station and both are within 5-8 mins distance. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shopping district. Perfect way to end the day. The onsen in the hotel is a cherry on top.

The pictures don't depict the real size of the room not that they are very small but they are not very big either.

This hotel is is the perfect location for exploring Kobe and also exploring the waterfront. It’s close to plenty of food options. The room and bathroom was a great size, with lots of seating and I loved having a kettle and fridge in the room. The toiletries, pjs and slippers were all great and the rooftop spa was perfect. Tattoos are allowed as long as you cover them up, just ask at reception and they will provide you with something to cover them with. Breakfast was great, plenty of Japanese and western options and never busy either due to allocated breakfast times.

I had no view as my room faced the next building, which meant very little natural light entered the room and it was impossible to see what the weather was like. I did request a room with a view if possible, but it wasn’t the end of the world, especially when everything else was so great.
