The lady in the reception was very helpful when we asked for a restaurant suggestion with Kobe beef. Her suggestion was excellent as the place was only in Japanese (no tourist trap), we enjoyed a very nice dinner and it was affordable.

The breakfast was delicious. The room was very spacious . Bathroom was very spacious . Amenities was perfect they even serve girly things moisturizer, lotion , face wash , makeup remover , bath salt, body sponge , earbuds, cotton, comb, razor, mouthwash, shaving cream , hairband, instant coffee powder, cream powder and sugar , packet tea . Bed was comfortable. The hair dryer was so good . I have hip length hair and it dried in just 5 mins. Room phone available. Tooth brush also available. Overall best .

Nothing at all . Everything was perfect and accurate.

Considering the price, everything was good. Central location, clean, and the front desk staff was kind enough to store something in the refrigerator for me prior to me being able to check in. 11:00am check out time - how it should be in every hotel.

Minimal English spoken. I don't expect everyone to speak English as I am not in an English speaking Country. However, positions that require interactions with foreign guests on a daily basis, should have people who can communicate clearly. Hire some SE Asians. Japanese seem to look down on them, but from my experience, they are much better at speaking English than the "highly educated" Japanese. It's sad when you realize that the cleaning staff in this Country are better at most things than the natives. No food or drinks allowed in the big, empty, dining room. When traveling, the hotel becomes your defacto home away from home. Telling people they cannot consume the food/beverages of their choice, in a space they've paid for, is absurd. Provide a space for your guests to feel welcome.

We spent five nights in the hotel. Its location is close to the Sannomiya Station and very convenient for travelers going everywhere. The staff are friendly. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. They don’t have too much choice for breakfast but its on an average level.

The room size is hardly enough for us to open two 26’ suitcases. There are some odd smell in the washroom, which makes people unpleasant. It might come from the shower curtains .

Koko hotels are our favorite hotel. This one in Kobe was very nice, staff was very friendly, breakfast was great with many different options, laundry availability was very helpful and very easy to use. The neighborhood is great, and well located with 10-15 min walk to Sannomiya station. The hotel offered multiple discounts for restaurants nearby, we used one of them for a Kobe beef restaurant and we were very happy because otherwise we would have not come to such great place. The room was comfortable and clean.

Well maintained hotel, with noble commitment to connect people from different cultures and walk of lifes. The staff was kind and prepared in collecting in advance of luggage’s and then able to ship it to next location, paying at their office so completing the transaction easily. They took care about filling the Yamato shipping form and measure the luggages. Free japanese and american buffet breakfast was offered which was good to start the day with.

Somehow tiny room with limited space for 2 big luggages.

This is my return stay after a day away. Very glad I booked it again. Different room from 2 nights prior but just as clean and comfortable. making me feel I was the only guest using that room.

Again it is learning to maneuver the short undergroind walk from Sannomiya bus terminal.

Beautiful hotel and room in the Sannomiya area of Kobe. Close to the shopping and food districts while maintaining a great vibe and decor. Of the 8 hotels we stayed at, this ranked second for the room spaciousness and experience but had the best value once the hotel cost was factored in. Would definitely recommend and stay in it again for its stylish room.

Location was somewhat further than expected but otherwise, no other issues.

Stylish hotel. The breakfast venue was so nice with a great patio. Breakfast had a great salad bar and desserts. The room was nicely furnished, and had well-functioning wifi / clean and up-to-date bathroom, good AC etc. Very quiet.

Not much to dislike, though the room feels a little narrow (their photo is accurate though.) Location is quite good but a bit far from public transport.

It is rather close to two train stations, the check out is at 11am. The place was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The size was larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms.

The room could be a little bit more illuminated. I needed to work on my laptop and it felt a bit dark.
