The location of the hotel was convenient. It's just next to Yotsubashi Station and 4 minutes walk from Midosuji Station that connects to many attractions. It is also about 10 minutes walk from Dotonbori. It has a 24-hour supermarket just across the street and convenience stores nearby. The bed was comfortable, not too hard or too soft. The room I had was a bit small. Just nice for 1 person, but would be a squeeze for 2 persons and there would not be any space for your luggage. The room is very clean. I stayed 4 nights and had my towels replaced and trashed cleared daily and cleaned once during my stay (you are given the choice of which day you want the room cleaned). You have usual amenities, like slippers, pajamas, toothbrush, tea, etc.

The location was highly convenient, situated near the entrances and exits of the subway stations. While there's a bit of a walk to reach the trains, the underground walkway is lined with shops, making the stroll enjoyable. Our room was cleaned daily, which was a positive aspect, and they offer an amenities bar where guests can help themselves to any essentials.

Although the room was slightly smaller than anticipated, it was acceptable given the price. One drawback was the lack of complimentary water in the room. Vending and ice machines are available, but only on certain floors, so we had to use the elevator daily to retrieve water since our floor did not have these amenities.

Great budget friendly hotel near shinsaibashi and yotsubashi train lines to quickly go to other central places or side day trips. Room is standard Japanese hotel room. Don’t expect lots of space — need to be strategic with luggage but that should be expected in Japanese city hotels. New towels are provided everyday and rooms are cleaned and serviced every three days. They also do luggage delivery services (accept and send) to your next hotel! It is so close to the Yotsobashi station, near marts, supermarkets, coin laundry shops. If you are fond of exploring for food, the hotel is near restaurants. Some says that the room is small. We have 2 regular size luggage and 1 big luggage. It will be a little of challenge to get your things from the luggage, but it can be worked out by being so organized about your things. There is hanger, trouser iron, the bed is okay for 2 people, the water is enough and in winter, hot toilet seat helps really well. They change towels daily, hot shower is working really well. Overall, the location of the property is our main reason for choosing the hotel. You will love it here and appreciate the location and subway stations nearby.

Perfect location for sightseeing in Osaka. Hotel is right above a metro station and a short walk to loads of restaurants and shops. We found the hotel quiet, with little noise from outside (although we were on the 11th floor). From what I saw, the standard rooms are the typical, small Japanese functional rooms. We stayed in the Deluxe Twin rooms which have plenty of space and even a table and 2 chairs as well as a desk and large TV. There is only one of these on each floor, so our rooms were on different floors (directly above each other). Very clean and well maintained.

The check in was swifty and easy. I must say the location was superb considering the rate per night. It’s 8-10 minutes walk to shinsaibashi station. Very worth the bucks. Highly recommended!

The room toilet had a little smell but it was bearable and the smell eventually went away. The bidet was a little hot but maybe it was due to weather.

The location is great, the hotel building is tall and easy to notice. Room is very clean and quiet despite the tiny size.

The receptionists were rather unfriendly, it feels like we bothered them a lot because we speak English. Besides, it is not allowed to in the hotel lobby to which is understandable but also not convenient. Other hotels we stayed at don’t BAN eating and some even provide complimentary food.

Metro gate right at the basement of the building, super convenient to Osaka's attraction and KIX airport. Staff are friendly, they smiled whenever seeing guest in and out. The hotel offered free water in exchange for no cleaning while still providing towels and other amenities daily, that I highly appreciate. Room is generally small like many places in the big cities of Japan, so I don't see it as a problem. Around the hotel has a Aeon food style supermarket, convenient stores, Sukya, Coco curry, Ippudo ramen, and a small lovely coffee, not mentioning the restaurants and cafes underground.

Glad I chose the place, not knowing much about Osaka. This place was actually close to all the good parts of Osaka, loved this place as a base to walk to and from. Cute bathroom, clean. Great toiletries on offer too, loved the little serve yourself station on the ground floor. Shared microwave on the ground floor too.

Reception counter were friendly upon our arrival. We love our room and the view from our hotel. The hotel is just next to the train station which is very convenient as we need a lift due to our stroller. The hotel is able to keep our luggage after checkout which is a bonus.

The reception was not very sure if the coin laundry nearby do provide detergent automatic when washing. In the end, we did not listen to the man who said not sure / no detergent and end up there were detergent when we used. We thought the hotel do not have microwave until we saw it on the first level, on the last night which was too late for us to use as it would have been great for us to eat warm foods in this cold weather.
