Staircase in fornt of hotel.please do a ramp tray for lauggage or bag( combine with one side of stair). It will help us a lot to carry a big luggage.

-The hotel is located near the Shinsaibashi Station of the Midosuji Line

I am not sure whether how the guest with wheelchair can go up to the lift hall. There might be another lift but I coudnt find it. This was the longest leg of our stay. The staff was kind, polite and helpful, as expected in Japan. Though the rooms seems a little dated/old, everything was clean and in working order. We only asked for the room to be serviced once and they did a good job. Location wise, this was a perfect location where it was close enough to all the action yet just far out enough to avoid hordes of tourists. It was also just 2 blocks from the red line subway station, which is convenient for people traveling by subway. Overall, if I was back in the area, I wouldn't mind staying here again.

We loved our stay at Hotel MYSTAYS and could not be more glad that we came here for our 5 night stay in Osaka. The staff were professional, attentive and kind. The room itself was spacious for the price you are paying. The amenities was self-serve making it eco-friendly with laundry available and microwaves (great for heating up convenience store hot food at your discretion). Additionally, it was extremely close to the main station Shinsaibashi making travel very convenient with large department stores and the main shopping street just down the road. There were also a selection of 24hr convenience stores within a minutes walk of the hotel - Family Mart and 7 Eleven. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay especially for its reasonable price point and would come back again the next time we are in Osaka. Highly recommend.

Great location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and train station is close. Room size was good. It was nice to have an individually controlled aircon so we could sleep at a comfortable temperature. The staff helped to arrange luggage delivery which was done with no issues. Good value for money

It was a little dated but this did not bother us as we were happy with everything else.

Great service of the staff, value for money. Very accessible as only 2mins walk from Metro station. Location was very good with 7/11 just un front of the building and family mart adjacent to the next block. I appreciate that they joined the beds into one big king bed upon request. Allows luggage storage before check-in is a plus. We had to rush out after check-in and only noticed when we came back at night that the room smells cigarette smoke. Reported to the front desk and the next day when we came home, the room was in great condition, no trace of smoke. Excellent service. Thank you so much!

It is very near to shinsaibashi shopping area and has 7/11 just in front so its very convenient Also a walk away fron train station exit 7-8 The room was big enough for us 4.

The stairs going to the main entrance was really hard for us because we have stroller for our baby. I just also hope the room has microwave for heating food

Convenient location in Shinsaibashi area. Lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and even bars around. Nice location if you want to do some shopping as it’s very near to the main shopping area of Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, everything is within walking distance. The room size is also quite proper if you want to take your family.

The location is superb. All popular sites that we liked were within walking distance from the hotel. It is also near Shinsaibaishi Station. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

It was difficult to go up the front stairs of the hotel while carrying big luggage. The rooms are quite small if you have many bags.

The location was incredible. Right next to a main train station and the busy Shinsaibashi mall. Room was a decent size and really appreciated all the plug outlets everywhere.
