- Location - Friendly staff - Clean rooms - Fast internet - Available washing and drying machine for a small fee

- Small rooms - Staff is lacking basic English knowledge (for a hotel with international guests, nowadays this is just unacceptable). Make sure you have Google Translate installed on your phone. - The beds and pillows are extremely hard and very uncomfortable - Coffee was horrible - Breakfast area is very small! People are queuing in the morning and we felt stressed during our breakfast. After the first day we didn’t go anymore and just grabbed something from outside.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The coin laundry was cheap, and it was very handy having it in the building. The room was clean and tidy, and it was nice that they let us choose the amenities we needed rather than giving them all to us.

It was a little far from main train stations, and the bathroom was a little small.

Very close to Yotsubashi station with a paid parking lot next door. The room was smaller than standard but sufficient with every amenities. The Japanese breakfast was scrumptious. The receptionist recommended a nearby Japanese-style bathhouse, which we loved so much we visited twice!

Bed was not comfortable at all sadly, it was thin, and can feel the springs right when touching the mattress

Great location. Comfortable beds. Fantastic staff. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel os a short walk to the train station as well as the subway and good food and drink spots.

Breakfast options were great and offered everyday. The Service was great. Fresh towels were nice constantly. It's definitely not a place to lounge around in your room.

Television programing is not free. Rooms aren't the biggest but if your there only to sleep its perfect.

The breakfast was yummy, really good. The location is very near the train station, family mart, and restaurants. The hotel has very clean rooms. All in all, very good hotel and will book again.

The bathroom is quite small but it was ok for me, but for bigger/taller people, it will be cramped/tight for them.

Good location, very near to metro. Organized room with everything you need in a small spce. Goood breakfast, felt like home-made. Can store lugguage here before check-in.
