Clean and new shower with comfy beds. Location is excellent. I would stay here again.

Would be nice to have more hooks in the bathroom.

Fabulous location as it is right next to shopping street and decent room size. Is only a few min walk from the metro station and if you know the route, there are lifts accessible from metro to road level. Within 30 sec walk, you have multi storey Daiso, McD, several convenience stores and 2 very good ramen places right next to the hotel. I will stay again if the bed is more comfortable.

Bed and pillows are not very comfortable. Room is lack of a desk if you need to do some work. Lobby area doesn't allow you to eat and there is no desk either so is tricky for a work trip. 7/F washing machines requires disinfecting. Clean laundry smells worse than my dirty ones.

Overall our stay was very pleasant. We had the large twin room with wooden floor - it was a lot larger than average rooms you'd find in Japan - perfect for family travelling with kid due to lots of large lugggage! We were really surprised by how big the room was, even though we already knew the sq.m. during booking. Breakfast was buffet and had quite lots of variety so it was nice. Staffs at check-in and check-out were very helpful with speedy service.

Because the lobby's on 2nd floor, upon arrival we had to drag our luggages ourselves up the elevator so it was a bit of a hustle.

The location of is very good. Just downstairs is the Shinsaibashi shopping street. The staff are very friendly and the room is very clean. The 38-square-meter room is quite spacious in Japanese hotel. The overall accommodation experience is very good!

The location was good with local shopping locations nearby and access to a train station about 7 minutes from the hotel. The staff were excellent and was very nice to me despite me getting sick during my stay in Osaka and were accommodating to my needs during my stay despite the stressful circumstances. The area of Shinsaibashi is well connected to the rest of Osaka, being only one train stop away from Namba station which is a primary hub of Osaka.

After my hospital visit my room was not cleaned and I had to request for it to be cleaned out of hours due to not getting back to my hotel for a while. The elevators of the hotel can get pretty busy and always stop at the lobby floor for security reasons which can cause further delays on occasion.

Very good location, 3mins from the subway and 10mins from Dontonbori. Plenty of eatery and shops nearby. We got the family wooden floorboard room. Room was big, pushed the beds together and our family of 4 slept together with plenty of space. Good shower head with good pressure, room was modern and clean. Free espresso machine near reception was a bonus, we got coffee and kids got hot chocolate every morning and evening.

Buffet breakfast was the same every morning which got boring.

The rooms were clean and large enough for a single traveler. There is a desk to work at. The bathrooms were large with a separate shower and bath enclosed section. The lobby has free coffee, tea and toiletries and is a pleasant place to relax. Overall a great location and highly recommended.

There is a small minimal fitness room with only two treadmills and one elliptical. Laundry service is cheap but a bit limited in options, and not a good option for delicate clothing.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious room, has everything you would need for a great stay. My room has a great view of the city too. Easy check in and checkout. Has a lot of washing machines available for you to do some laundry, and it even has a live status view on the TV for you to check on the laundry. It also has a fitness center with some treadmills. Location is awesome, near Shinsaibashi shopping street, and also walking proximity to the Shinsaibashi/Namba station which connects you to almost everything you want in Osaka.

Nothing in particular, but I wish the fitness center has some basic weights/machines.

The location of this hotel is great. It’s near Shinsaibashi great for shopping. City view is great.

If the hotel can list the things that can be borrowed that will be nice.

I would advice guests to eat elsewhere and not at the restaurant downstairs, food takes over an hour to be served and one of our party didnt even receive their order. And they dont apologise or apply the discount for the hotel guests as mentioned. Also the staff on the day of check out need to chill, they kept harrassing us over the key cards, when an arrangement was already in place to leave them in the room as we had extended another room's checkout. I was willing to pay but the day of check out was a mess. They were calling us in the other room over and over again asking us to bring the other key card downstairs when we were trying to pack. Truly unhappy of the day of checkout. If other arrangements hadnt been in place i would understand but they were. Honestly wouldnt come here again.
