The location is absolutely amazing and the staff are really helpful. The rooms are a good size and there are now mini coin laundries on some of the floors. We could also do late check out for 2000yen which was really helpful as we had a late flight.

The air conditioning through the hotel is way too hot- it felt like we were on fire (this was during December so it was cold outside). We were also charged for sending our bags forward with Yamato Transport- it was only a small fee but I have never been charged before...

Great location and really nice modern, clean room. We were able to walk to Shinsaibashi in about 5 minutes so was able to get around Osaka really easily. It's only only about a 15-20min walk from Dotonbori as well but the hotel is in a quieter area so it worked really well for us. We used the washing machine facilities on site which was very handy. Breakfast was a buffet and had a good amount of different options available.

The greatest thing about this hotel was the location. Shinsaibashi is a really fun shopping area and you will be able to find something new every night you walk it . Close to the Metro. Overall a good central location to stay at while your touring Osaka The hotel employees were excellent!

The room size was smaller than I realized however, it was easily manageable for 2 able bodies individuals Only had the breakfast once, with how many food options are in the area, paying extra to have breakfast included was not a must have

Beautiful hotel to begin with, pleasant aesthetics. Comfy rooms and beds. Provided simple needs like tea/coffee and hot water. Room service was well maintained. Room was a good size. Laundry facility was available and easy to use. Location is excellent - close to station and many food places. There was a nice western cafe for those who need it right outside the hotel, plus a Family mart and more.

We found that the TV was awkwardly located to the bed, it was on the side, so not the most comfortable when in bed. Otherwise, no issues.

Hotel was in a fantastic location, close to a vibrant shopping area and train station. Everything was within a very short walk, and made this a great base for us as we explored the region. Room was comfortable and a good size.

We found the staff to be terse, but this could have been a language barrier? We had issues with the breakfast - advertised as running until 10am with last entrance at 9.30am, we got turned away at 9.20am. The cleanliness in the room was poor, with used condoms inside the desk drawer, and a dirty toilet.

The room and bathroom were bigger than the standard Japanese hotel and both are cleaned everyday. We found our plushies arranged in a cute way by the house keepers, it made us laugh. Public area like lobby and toilet were also kept clean. Location was perfect, it was only 5 minute walk to the Shinsaibashi shopping district and Dotonbori but away from the loud area of the street so we had no problem with noise. Familymart was just 2 buildings away next to the hotel. If I could stay longer in this hotel, I would love to!

The hotel had a very nice lobby and restroom lobby, with a great location only being a 5 minute or less from the nearest subway station. Finding the hotel was easy and having many restaurants around it is another plus for this location. The price was very budget friendly considering the level of comfort in our beds and the hotel's location. The restroom was a very good size and you had a decent view. The staff was also very very helpful (specially when we needed help for a particular situation to contact previous hotels) and were great at allowing luggage storage. The breakfast although not included, is great for a buffet style with enough options and taste. You also have the Shinsaibashi shopping center which makes your 8-10 minute walk to Dotonbori much easier and enjoyable. Would consider staying again for its great location.

The room felt slightly small and the lighting in the restroom was very dim.

The hotel room was spotless clean. The bed was very comfortable. The pajama was brandnew and beautiful. The hotel is 50m to the shopping street Midosuji, yet very quiet.

They probably have shortage in personnel that no one could help me to bring suitcases to the room. Instead, they lend me a cart to push my suitcases to the room. The room door doesn't have a stopper that I could hardly bring suitcase in before it locks me out. If you have heavy suitcases or has lots of belonging, this may not be the most comfortable hotel for you as you have to do-it-yourself.

The hotel seems as a “better hotel”. The interior is kind of beautiful. Room was good size and bath tub was relatively big compared to the majority of Japan hotel rooms. If you want to be in Shinsaibashi it will be tough to find as good hotel as this with the price.

The smoking room is located in the entrance level where also the reception is located, but only 1 person can use it at a time and others will have to wait their turn. Breakfast was really closed sharp at the time it said, but I wasn’t allowed to finish my breakfast and had to leave the restaurant. The staff didn’t seem to speak English (at least the one’s I spoke with). However I can speak Japanese relatively decently, so this was not a problem, but worth noticing.

The staff is so welcoming and helpful. They are responsive on chat messages. The lobby smells so fragrant. Room is exceptionally clean and size is big for a usual japanese hotel room. Staff cleans our room and provides new and clean towels every day. Shampoos and body soap smells good and they refill it every day. All amenities are readily available at the lobby so don’t bother to bring any amenities when you go on vacation and just pack light. After check-out, staff are nice enough to keep are luggages while we do last minute shopping but they can only keep it for a day. Location is very near shinsaibashi shopping street and just a walking distance to dohtonbori. There is a family mart just beside the hotel which make it so convenient. It is also very near Shinsaibashi train station just 4 mins walk.
