Bigger sleeping area than I thought. Nice common room, you will have to take your shoes off and use a shoe locker before going up to your room, bathrooms are nice and clean, 2 blocks from the main shopping street in Osaka, easy to get to from the airport since you will have to take an express train (1350 yen for 5 stops, about 34 to 36 minutes) and then take the Metro (Brown line, 5 stops about 10 minutes) and as long as you get off at Sakaisuji Hommachi Station EXIT 11 you are a 8 minute walk to this hotel. Nice staff, 7-11 around the corner also for late night food runs. If you want to experience a sleeping capsule hotel for the first time, this is a GREAT ONE!

Capsules can get a little hot but if you leave your sliding door (up and down it goes) UP a little bit you can vent out your capsule.

The capsule is very big, with a small desk. The location is nice as well, close to the shinsaibashi shopping street but maintained the distance to be quiet and away from some drunk crowds.

You have to bring your used towels and pj to the front desk to change everyday. If you missed one, they will not give you a new one. I guessed that's because they have lost too many of them? There's only 1 washing machine and 1 drying machine each floor and you cannot access other floors to use the others.

Stayed here for my 2nd time and didn’t disappoint again, beds comfy and cleaned every few days, small but normal for japan and location is superb!

Compared to my first time here it seemed like most guests had no thought for the others staying in the room, some days people were loud up until 1am, for 3days in a row there was a girl talking loudly on the phone for hours in the room which states no phone calls everywhere and people had loud alarms set for early morning which rang for 10+mins sometimes. This isn’t fault of hotel just unfortunate manners of guests and they do offer earplugs etc on bottom floor to!

This hotel was absolutely perfect for me. The staff is very helpful and knows perfect English. The room might be small for some people, but you have a little bit of space to open your carry-on luggage without any problem and even still keep it in the room. You are provided with a locker where you can keep the jacket and some personal stuff (you're the one deciding the code, and there is no key). The communal spaces are always very clean, and you are provided with a lot of stuff like shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face lotions, ecc.

The mattress might be a little too thin for some people (almost like a futon), but after a few nights, your back gets used to it. If you're travelling in winter but suffer hot during night, I suggest you bring a light pigiama, since the one provided by the hotel is mostly made out of polyester.

The room was clean and I liked that there was a blind (not a curtain) as your room door that you could pull up and down and that blocked the light from coming in in the morning. Wi-Fi was perfect. The location is super convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The mattress is too thin. But I think this might be more noticeable for Western people, we have very thick mattresses so that makes it difficult for us to sleep on a very thin layer of duvet. But it's a matter of personal preference. There was occasionally a slight smell in the bathroom, but it didn’t take away from the overall excellent experience. One small suggestion: I would be great if guests were reminded to keep their phone alarm volumes low in the morning, because some ringtones could probably be heard from Tokyo! It should be common sense, but it clearly isn't.

Loved it, I couldn't choose a better place in Osaka. Pros: 1. Great location - I walked almost everywhere, but two metro stations are also close by 2. Extremely clean - honestly it was far cleaner than most of the hotels. The common area, bathrooms, showers and rooms were very clean and cleaned quite often. You have to wear slippers inside and it changes a lot in terms of maintenance. 3. Quiet and calm - very good for introverts and people who come there only for sleeping. I love Japanese culture of respect and there everyone respected silence and privacy. You cannot even talk on the phone in your room. I like it but some may not. 4. Very friendly and helpfull staff - they were great and even when they could not understand what I was saying they quickly switched to google translate conversation mode and helped me. 5. They give you towels, pijamas and slippers.

Everything was great, but you need to be aware that in standard rooms the ceiling is really low. You can bearly crouch. Also, its common in Japan but not in Europe, the beds are just thin mattresses put on the ground. Despite that, they are quite comfortable.

Staff were great (that helped me at least, I cannot speak for all staff). The availability of essential items such as lotion and toothbrushes was great, actually the toothbrush I found was the best provided on my trip. Rooms were cool, almost like a large capsule. Its quite close to Dotonbori as well. Common area was nice, at least had anime playing on the TV. Availability of keeping luggage before check in. There is a bag provided that you can carry to the showers (for essentials and change of clothes) which is appreciated.

Bathrooms were not the cleanest. Aircons/heater were quite loud.

As solo traveler this was the best choice I could have made! affordable, extremely clean, very quiet in the night. I liked so much how they divided the spaces, a part with shower (always super clean), powder room, skincare and hair room. Everyone was super respectful so I slept very well. The room is big enough to hang the clothes, and temperature was perfect!! Of course, if your are not used to small places can be stuffy, but in general Japanese rooms are not very big, I think is the best option quality/money/facilities! Position is great, 20 minutes walking from Dotombori, you can just grab a coffee walking and enjoying the view. Also very close to the subway station! Recommended 1000%

Close to Shinsaibashi shopping street, they provide everything you need (towels, pajamas, slippers, lotion, face cleaning...), Besides the kitchen and public area for watching TV on the first floor, on the floor where people stay, they also have an area for eating and drinking, and even a refrigerator and microwave which are super convenient. All kinds of lockers for shoes, for personal belongings where you want to store either inside the capsule or the entrance area to the rooms(for larger ones).

The staff said the Capsule Room prices for the upper and lower are different but from the room type listed on Booking, I don't see a difference. And this Capsule Room Selected at Check-in would highly possible be the upper one and even if there are lower ones available, you need to pay an extra fee to change for that.
