This hotel was absolutely perfect for me. The staff is very helpful and knows perfect English. The room might be small for some people, but you have a little bit of space to open your carry-on luggage without any problem and even still keep it in the room. You are provided with a locker where you can keep the jacket and some personal stuff (you're the one deciding the code, and there is no key). The communal spaces are always very clean, and you are provided with a lot of stuff like shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face lotions, ecc.

The mattress might be a little too thin for some people (almost like a futon), but after a few nights, your back gets used to it. If you're travelling in winter but suffer hot during night, I suggest you bring a light pigiama, since the one provided by the hotel is mostly made out of polyester.

Loved it, I couldn't choose a better place in Osaka. Pros: 1. Great location - I walked almost everywhere, but two metro stations are also close by 2. Extremely clean - honestly it was far cleaner than most of the hotels. The common area, bathrooms, showers and rooms were very clean and cleaned quite often. You have to wear slippers inside and it changes a lot in terms of maintenance. 3. Quiet and calm - very good for introverts and people who come there only for sleeping. I love Japanese culture of respect and there everyone respected silence and privacy. You cannot even talk on the phone in your room. I like it but some may not. 4. Very friendly and helpfull staff - they were great and even when they could not understand what I was saying they quickly switched to google translate conversation mode and helped me. 5. They give you towels, pijamas and slippers.

Everything was great, but you need to be aware that in standard rooms the ceiling is really low. You can bearly crouch. Also, its common in Japan but not in Europe, the beds are just thin mattresses put on the ground. Despite that, they are quite comfortable.

As solo traveler this was the best choice I could have made! affordable, extremely clean, very quiet in the night. I liked so much how they divided the spaces, a part with shower (always super clean), powder room, skincare and hair room. Everyone was super respectful so I slept very well. The room is big enough to hang the clothes, and temperature was perfect!! Of course, if your are not used to small places can be stuffy, but in general Japanese rooms are not very big, I think is the best option quality/money/facilities! Position is great, 20 minutes walking from Dotombori, you can just grab a coffee walking and enjoying the view. Also very close to the subway station! Recommended 1000%

Close to Shinsaibashi shopping street, they provide everything you need (towels, pajamas, slippers, lotion, face cleaning...), Besides the kitchen and public area for watching TV on the first floor, on the floor where people stay, they also have an area for eating and drinking, and even a refrigerator and microwave which are super convenient. All kinds of lockers for shoes, for personal belongings where you want to store either inside the capsule or the entrance area to the rooms(for larger ones).

The staff said the Capsule Room prices for the upper and lower are different but from the room type listed on Booking, I don't see a difference. And this Capsule Room Selected at Check-in would highly possible be the upper one and even if there are lower ones available, you need to pay an extra fee to change for that.

the place is very clean and organized. you get clothes and slippers and have to take your shoes of at the entrance. it felt very cozy. you had a kitchen area, bathroom area, shower area, luggage storage area and even a sepperate area to get ready. very nice and very quiet, i would definetly stay here again, great for solo travelers the staff was also very friendly and the area is great! many things nearby, also a convenience store is right next to the hotel.

the only part i didnt like was that you didnt really have a door to close your 'room'. you have a kind of curtain which you can roll down, but not until the bottom, so it was still kinda opened. which is not that bad, but you can sometimes hear people snoring or i felt bad when my alarm was ringing very early. also because of this curtain your things are not really protected, which is okay because 1. you have a closet which you can lock 2. there is a sepperate luggage storrage room and 3. nobody would probably go inside your room and take something so it was very okay!! the mattress was a little bit hard though...

I loved my pod! It’s spacious and my stuff was safe because of the locker. It’s clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s quiet and i liked the “vanity” area where you can get ready and i liked the hair curler so i bought it. Location was good, a 10 min walk from shinsaibashi or hommachi station and not too far from dotonburi/ebisu area. There were heaps of restaurants and convenience stores nearby too. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it if you are solo travelling.

The only thing I didn’t like is the temperature. It was a bit hot for me and didn’t have a comfortable sleep on my first 2 nights. But they ended up lending me a fan on my last night.

The facilities were clean and the staff were helpful. It was quiet and peaceful in the sleeping quarters. There are three types of rooms I experienced there, the ground level, the one up top and then one that is tall. Just a personal preference but I liked the one on the ground. If you have a fear of heights or don't want to climb up/down during the night when you have to go to the rest room, I recommend you ask for the ground level type of room. The staff was nice and helpful, it was clean and had enough space. I liked it very much and will most likely stay again if I am in the area.

I didn't like the climbing of the ladder to get into the rooms on top. I will make a request next time to not be on the top bunk.

Comfortable: very clean, a lot of space in the capsule, there are also little changing rooms that I found very useful. Easy check in: check in time is fixed but you can leave your luggage both at check in and check out; the reception is open 24h. Location is very good: halfway from the main Osaka/Umeda Station and Namba/Dotonbori, not to far from the Castle either. It's nearby a business neighborhood so it's quiet and safe at night.

Kitchen space was okay but no free tea or instant coffe (there was a vending machine instead 🤔). The two closest metro stops aren't that close > in general Osaka's public transport isn't the best, I'd consider renting a bicycle (you see 90% of locals using it and there's a good reason).

The rooms were quiet and the hallways had great AC in the summer. The facilities were clean and amenities were always fully stocked. There was also light room cleaning on the third day of my 5-day stay. I had the L room so there was enough space to spread out my luggage and comfortably hang out in the room. For eating and computer work, I used the communal areas on the assigned floor as well as the first floor. Also, I actually liked the slightly rough towels as I feel they absorb water more efficiently than softer, plush towels.

As some others mentioned, the bed was quite hard. I was usually so tired that I fell asleep right away, but I could see this being an issue for some. The comforter was plush and could be slept on top of for extra cushioning. Also, there was only one washer/dryer on the floor so sometimes there was a long queue to use it. If you need to do laundry, I recommend trying to do it sooner rather than later and jump on the washer/dryer if you notice it's free.

Clean, friendly, quiet - it even smelled amazing!! Also so convenient with giving you pyjamas, towels, slippers, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, Q tips, and with PowerPoints and USB ports right next to the bed. Service was so good and communication was excellent.

I only have two complaints - like the other reviews the foam mattresses are overused and sag in the middle so weren't comfortable to me even though I'm used to sleeping on the floor. The other inconvenience is that noise travels VERY easily - even dropping something on the ground by accident can be heard in every room. When people were checking out in the early hours of the morning, or had alarms going off - it can be heard by all.
