Good location, professional staff, clean facility.

Redesign the breakfast food serving line of accommodate the large number of customers in the early morning.

The location was strategic, we could easily reach our destinations by walking or metro. The room had all the necessary, and the curtain blocked the sunlight completely, I could finally get good quality sleep in a total dark room. The breakfast had good sources of protein (fish, eggs), which I appreciated. The view was just the concrete wall of the next building but that's not why we chose this hotel, so I'll definitely recommend this place.

The door was very heavy and impossible to keep open when entering with bags or luggage. I suggest a magnetic door that can be kept open if necessary.

I like that the hotel is clean, even the elevator and the dining area. The different types of pillows are also a plus. I love the scent at the hotel entrance.

The viand and soup selections of their breakfast buffet is too limited. They serve the same kind/type of food everyday, so if you are staying for more than 2 nights, breakfast might not be that appetizing anymore. The line during breakfast becomes too long, not unless you are already in line before 6:30am if you are dining in, then you’ll have to wait for 15-30 mins.

Great location walking distance to main shopping and entertainment district and close to the subway on multiple lines. Beds were comfortable, shower was great and free breakfast had everything you could want.

My only downside was that there was nowhere to unpack your luggage. There are 6 hangers for two people in the hallway (no wardrobe) and no shelves or draws. As we were there for 4 nights it was challenging to live out of 2 suitcases and finding the space to have them open. A small compromise for an otherwise great stay.

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfy! The breakfast was great and there was a good selection of foods. The location was excellent, close to the city centre but away from the noise at nigh time. The hotel provided a good selection of amenities and the shower was absolutely amazing.

The room was svery small, and was differently shaped to what the pictures indicate online. There was no floor space to open suitcases at all, but they were able to easily slide underneath the bed.

I liked the stay in this hotel a lot - great location for shopping with easy access to attractions via subway. The staff was really friendly. I used a laundry service and they returned my clothes the next day. Breakfast was superior for the price.

Room size - the bed takes up almost all free space, but I could live with it. Some people mentioned here that it takes forever to wait for the elevator - did not have such an issue at the beginning of September.

The place is very clean and well maintained. The property is also very close to the Central Area, with lots of food options available near by. Pratee and Susan helped me with my changes to accommodation and were so warm and helpful. My partner and I are very pleased with the service at Holiday Inn Express. Pratee also helped us with luggage transfer to another hotel and handled evening so efficiently. Thank you so much!

The staff are amazing we had a really bad day at Nother hotel and we checked in at this beautiful hotel where everything was perfect breakfast, rooms and facilities, secured, helpfull staff

The hotel is not.located near the actions but it was 20 mnts walk to dotonbori so it was fine

Front desk was very helpful and nice. Room is outstandingly clean, when you walk in there’s stickers outside and if tampered it means it’s dirty/used room so that was nice. Breakfast is great too! Especially the “on the go” option they have, it’s great for on the go travelers :) We will definitely come back! It’s not your usual holiday inn!
