It was everything really nice, they have a good hall with a lot of machines, with coffee, cold or hot water, and a lot of things that you can use for your higienic, like toothbrush, hair brush...

Our last night in the hotel, the fire alarm sounds and we were at the 12 floor, it says that it was a fire in the 15 floor and we need to go out trought the emergency exit but it was closed. We had to use the elevator even is not supposed to be the rigth alternative when something like this happened, but at the end that's how we went out of the building. Luckily it was just a mistake and there was not fire in the building, but any ways how is possible that they had the emergency exits of the floors closed? Make not sense to us.

Our overall stay was pleasant. The room is on the smaller side, so need to be a little bit creative on organizing your luggage if they are big. The location is close to the metro though we didn't take it. We end up walking everywhere. Plenty of places to eat around the area and away from the central tourist area. The breakfast there was really great with a combination of Japanese and Western variety. There is a lounge area where you can sit and hangout. There is a spa for guests to use and it was really pleasant. They also have a coin operated laundry machine. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay there again.

Coin laundry machines were a bit over used. My clothes didn't dry properly after thoroughly reading the instruction. I end up going out to the closest laundromat to do our last load.

Hotel was well located. A bit of a walk to Dotonburi (about 20min) if you don't like walking. Plenty of places to drink and eat locally though. Rooms are modern and clean. Bathroom has nice modern tapware etc. Bedding is firm just how I like it. Buttons for the lights in the room are easy to use and understand for once compared to every other hotel in the world. Ha ha

I was given a West facing room and as soon as I opened the door for the first time, the heat of the room just punched me in the face. I had to have the air-con on full blast at the lowest temp it could go to for HOURS to cool the room. Lack of space for suitcases. If you have a suitcase bigger than a carry-on, then expect to use your bed everytime you need to open it. Look at the photos for an idea. I travelled solo, so if you are a couple, than I suggest splashing out on a bigger room.

We stayed 5 nights and had a really good experience. It’s probably one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the self-serve amenities station was a nice surprise — it had everything from face creams to masks and other essentials. Breakfast was good each morning, and the spa was clean and quiet. The location was perfect for us. It’s away from the busy Shinsaibashi area, so it felt a bit more calm, but still within walking distance to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. There are also plenty of great little restaurants and some excellent coffee shops nearby. The subway stations is a 7-min walk away and you can get to the airport and all the main sights from there.

The rooms are a bit small

Great location close to Shinsaibashi shopping and touristy area but not right in them. Modern Scandinavian-inspired design feels light and comfortable. Enjoyed meals in the lobby area with tables and my sons loved the games and origami paper left out. Loved the onsen (and the added security for women!) and the cleansers you could use for free. Appreciated the Double Deluxe room layout- felt like we had more room since the center was clear, plus you can send your family to the lobby area when you needed some peace and quiet! Good blackout shades on the (almost) floor to ceiling windows.

The onsen rules need to be hung up so guests know how to use it- maybe in a couple places. Speaking of the onsen, why can't there be a way to put a screen on the windows looking over Osaka that allows for privacy but we can see out? It's such a great view but instead we just stare at the frosted glass. I'd rather not have slippers than the ones provided- they were very flimsy. There were signs about a surcharge for luggage storage but I overlooked that it was 1000 yen PER bag which threw a wrench in our plans on the day of checkout (we each have a small backpack and a carry-on).

Good location, walkable distance to several train lines even with a suitcase. Dotonbori is at 15mins walk too. Clean rooms, kept in a good condition. The rooms are small but functional. There's an onsen, which is a good to have after tough day exploring Osaka and Kyoto. Breakfast was very good, a lot of different offerings for each taste.

The onse could have external part and a sauna. Variety of the breakfast could be better for longer staying guests. There's no enough space to open a big suitcase, but that's normal for Japan. You can put the suitcase under the bed which is good.

Lovely hotel. It is located close to several stations that connect easily to the city center, Umeda and Namba station. If you're up for a small walk you can get to Dotonbori street in a 15 min walk as well! We booked a comfortable room which definitely seemed true to its description. A large comfortable bed with soft and hard pillows, a bit of extra space under the bed to leave suitcases and a magnificent view from the 11th floor. The breakfast was on the ground floor, which had plenty of options. There were also indications for products containing allergies, though some didn't specify where it was clear there were some. We liked how there was an AC unit right above the bed, making it a cool place to chill if the weather was a bit on the hotter side.

Nothing major. The ventilation system in the shower was full of dust, which was a bit sad. All in all, this was a great hotel.

Clean small room. With all you need and even more available at reception desk. Very cost and comfortable robe for bath. Wanted even to steel it (hi-hi) Public bath is awesome. Used it twice during my one night stay. Breakfast is local style and I liked it. Good choice of local pieces and international egg choice. Location is perfect in my opinion. Loved this tourist-less district. Less than 10 min to metro station.

Check in process. I arrived early in the morning and left my bag in the hotel. Then I was back one hour before check in. The room was ready but I was proposed to pay for early check in. They propose self checkin while the desk with stuff is available. And as the process is no easy they still need to help with self check in. Where is efficiency? :) I asked some questions via booking in advance regarding my arrival but received answers too late when I didn’t need them.

Very nice, contemporary hotel. It offers all the services that the modern travelers needs: self check in/out, nice lounge with free drinks and microwave, well organized rooms.

The staff at the breakfast restaurant were rather pushy. I understand the space is limited but people are there to enjoy their holidays and this includes their meals too. I also found disappointing that some guests abused of the automatic laundry leaving their clothes there for hours after finishing the cleaning. Maybe disallowing the security code will force them to be more responsible and less self centered

Location was great. A short walk to many shopping and restaurant areas.

Breakfast could have more options. For example, having fruit options would be a great addition. It would be great if all the reception staff knew how to speak English. Unfortunately, some days they didn’t take the garbage from our room and did not refill the water bottles. We also had to pay for luggage storage which wasn’t explain when we did the booking - 1000¥ for each luggage regardless if big or small. Quite expensive for a family of four.
