The room is bigger than I expected. I read a lot of complains of how small the room is. But it’s normal ị Japan. Let give a comparison. In my country, the hotel room is about 45-60 m2, including bathroom and toilett. Here the room is always 24 m2 and it’s written on booking’s websites. Although the room is small, everthing is arranged in a good and convenient way. I really love the lights in the room. The big white light on the ceilling is so suitable for doing things. The table is also big enough for putting things on. The bathroom is quite narrow for western big size people. But it’s completely fine for asian small or medium size people. The bathroom is clean and arrange so that everything in your reach.

Nice, central location, renovated rooms, available shared rooms and facilities.

A noisy family stayed in the room above ours and they were running and shouting in the middle of the night (until 2am, despite their 2 little children). We tried to contact the reception, but they couldn't do much about it. It would be worth considering to place families to the first couple of floors of the building, it would be much more convenient for everybody.

Value for money. Free coffee. Just enough space in the room for the luggage of two guests. Not enough tabletop space though if you have a laptop with you so a suggestion to the hotel is to widen the window sill area ~3 inches more (convert it to a shelf).

You have to plan accordingly your early morning itineraries since there is no breakfast at the hotel and there are limited choices for 24-hour restaurants nearby. Fortunately, there is a McDonald's nearby but after a few days my children were already craving for a rice meal. Maybe they can consider selling microwaveable rice meals at the hotel? Although there are metro stations to the NE, NW, SE, and SW it still requires a bit of walking (450m to 700m) so location is not advisable for those traveling with lots of heavy luggage, e.g. not advisable for winter season trips with kids.

Very comfortable walking distance from both subway line and the central parts of Osaka like Dotonbori and Namba. Coin laundry washer were very convenient for us and we were very happy with the how the staff trated us.

That the elevator stops at the second floor every time. Availability of stairs would be nice, both for emergencies and convinience when many people are using the elevators.

The property for me is so excellent! Especially the customer service part. Patiently answering all of my questions! So kind and nice! The property itself is clean, near to center of attraction (dotonbori, shinsaibashi) can just walk safely even at night (took around 5-10 mins by walking to go shopping). The soap and shampoo provided smells so good.

Nothing. All good

It is very accessible to convenience store and train station. The staff were nice and most of them can speak English which makes it easier for tourist to communicate. I also like that they have coffee machine on the second floor, where we can have fresh coffee anytime. The room air condition was also good especially this summer.

The toilet is clean but there is a little smell coming form the toilet bowl. We have to spray a room perfume to counter the smell. But over all the experience is good.

The cost was pretty good and the facilities were efficient; a good deal for what I paid. It is relatively close to Dotonbori and other touristy sites which makes it good for sightseeing and checking the place out! I did feel that there was a lot of things provided in the room that made it nice; an extension cord that I used to plug in my phone and a lot of lights in addition to the general light fixtures. Also there were a lot of free amenities near the front-counter that made for a pleasant stay.

I had gotten used to a firm bed in Japan but the pillows here were filled with some ominous material that I did not find comfy at all. That was my biggest complaint, though I find the benefits of the place made up for it. If you like hard pillows, you will like the pillows here, maybe.

Good location, there are restaurants around the area. Hotel does provide amenities on the lobby floor for guests to pick up.

The room is very very small. We travel with 1 large luggage, when we open the luggage it block all the area on the floor and no room to walk around. Comparing to other hotel in Japan within the same range that I have been to. This hotel is not quit as clean as other hotels. I spot dust in many corners. Nothing to drama just not as clean as other hotel in the range.

Hands down our best stay in Japan. The hotel is about 10 minutes walking from subway station, there is a 7eleven two blocks away and it's near to some restaurants. Room is comfortable for 2 persons, there's a desk with chargers, a small fridge and an electronic hot pot to heat water inside the room if needed. Bathroom has hot and cold water and a bathtub. IN the lobby you have access to unlimited free coffee from a coffee machine they have sugar, cream and some variety of teas, there is also plenty amenities such as cotton pads, q-tips, razors, bathsponges, slippers, cleansing gels and even smallpacked shaving cream in case you forgot to bring your own and even slippers! Staff is super helpful and almost in the lobby 24/7 there were very reachable. There's a laundry machine (7th floor) for a small price and they have a drying machine as well. Free ice on the same floor. After checkout they do keep your bags free of charge a if needed and give you a small receipt to keep it under control, you just need to come back for it the very same day. Stayed twice and surely coming back next time we visit Osaka.

In case you need cleaning you need to let them know before 11AM of the same day, and need to be specific if you want a change of towels or sheets just make sure to specify what you want with the lobby staff.
