The hotel was located in a quiet area, it offered a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to two train stations and just a 10-minute walk from the bustling Shinsaibashisuji shopping street. The room was spacious compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in, with a warm and cozy atmosphere that made you feel relaxed after a day of shopping and visiting places of interest. They provided complimentary amenities such as body lotion, face mask, face cleanser etc, and bottled water replenished daily. The high-quality hair and body shampoo had a lovely scent, adding a touch of luxury to the stay.

Didn’t like the smell of bath towels, not sure if it was due to the detergent or bleach used, but my wife was fine with it though.

The hotel very clean and modern very comfortable to stay at, we had an issue with our hair dryer and they borrow us a straightener we asked for advice to buy some stuff and the reception team provide us with many 😍 Miss.Yamaga was one of the best employees she helped us so many times and she helped us to book a car to drive us to the airport, Mr.Su as well he helped us for some stuff we asked for related to our laggage. Everyone in the hotel was nice and kind the product furniture atmosphere 100% satisfied

The location of the hotel was ideal for our group of 4 adults. Close to subway for a short ride to places like Osaka Castle. And literally across the street from the 7/11 and other convenience stores and small restaurants where you can get something quick to eat. Incredibly well maintained, beautiful, well designed rooms, super clean with excellent amenities (free toiletries and slippers). The staff are lovely and helpful and most of time at least one on the team available speaks English. If not, we got by with our google translate app. Skip the coffee you make yourself in your room and head to the drink counter in the lobby open from 6:00 - 11:00 AM. It’s free and way better.

One small detail - if you plan do laundry, there are only three machines in the hotel, on floors 3, 8 and 15, which always seemed busy, mornings and evenings (although there is also an ironing board set up there). You can see on the tv screen in your room when they are free and will need 100¥ coins to operate. Will likely need extra time/coin for drying as all one machine.

The hotel is located nearby Shinsaibashi and metro line, very convenient and accessible. Love the toiletries especially the Kose skincare products, and can’t believe they even provide hair curler , kid pyjamas and many other stuffs. Staffs are friendly, always greet us when we in and out of hotel. Room size is ideal, can easily open 2 of our 28 inches luggage. Although the price is on higher side but I think it’s worthy for the services and miscellaneous that they provide

The bed and pillow are softer, not that comfortable to sleep on as we prefer harder mattress but not big issue

Friendly and helpful staffs and concierge. Comfortable room, good size and wonderful bathroom-vanity-toilet. Location: in walking distance to Dotonbori yet in a quiet neighborhood. The 7-eleven around the corner offers duty-free shopping!

Coin-operated laundry - very dependent on guests’ own initiatives to keep clean and remove garments on time.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to move around and relax. The cleanliness was top-notch, with fresh linens, spotless floors, and a well-maintained bathroom. It was clear that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment. Overall, I was very comfortable during my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, spacious room for their trip.

Location was great. Walking distance between two metro stations and in the middle of the main shopping area. Very helpful staff and the best locker luggage room to store luggage safely.

The hotel and room is showing signs of wear. The room looks clean on the surface, but upon closer inspection is not very clean. Was good enough for staying for a night, but it was expensive compared to some of the better hotels we stayed throughout Japan.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helped us ship luggage. The lobby refreshments had coffee, a dozen tea bag varieties, and 3 different fruit infused waters. Twin room was clean and spacious enough for 3 suitcases. Very comfortable sleep. Bathroom was large. Location is a few blocks from 1 subway station, and the Luup e-bike/scooter lot is across the street. Would highly recommend and stay again.

The refreshments in the lobby closes for a few hours from 11-2p. Would have been nice if it was open for guests who are sitting in the lobby or waiting to check in.

The room was very spacious with plenty of space for luggage. A very large bathroom and living room area for relaxing. The hotel staff were very friendly and warming throughout our entire stay too.

It would have been handy if the hotel could provide breakfast, with a restaurant space. But this was our mistake for not looking at the hotel information properly when booking. Worst case scenario, there is a 7-Eleven just over the road for fruit, pastries, coffee, etc.
