Great location if you need to watch events like me. Locating in the middle of OSAKA JO-Hall and Kyocera Dome. The staffs were very nice and helpful. First I got into the room, there was a tiny moth on the curtain. I am not good with insects so I went down to the reception and the staff immediately took a tissue and help me got rid of it. I guess the back door linking to the balcony was used by their staff during cleaning so the moth got in. There were only 2 laundry machines at the hotel but they provide map and instructions to those coin laundry shops nearby. Very deep bathtub, love it. Convenience store next to the hotel and also many other options nearby. Lawson/ 7-11/ fam-mart all within 5 mins walk. Yoshinoya and Mos burger in the same street. Sukiya within 10mins walk. Shinsaibashi n Dontonbori about 10-20mins walk. And a lot of Chicken Paitan Ramen options within the area. Not many options of amenities but comparing to the price of the hotel it’s quite fair.

No freezing function in the fridge. No space for drying my clothes in the bathroom. The room got a humid smell.

The hotel is located conveniently next to a 7-11 and has access to a variety of decent food choices and 2 train stations. It is also within walking distance from Dontonbori. The staff are extremely friendly and are capable of English. The in-house breakfast is also nice. Coin laundry machines are also available on premise, and there are several shelves of popular manga next to the washing machines available for hotel guests to borrow.

Taller guests with longer legs may find the bathroom a little cramped. It was perfect for me, though, at 170cm (5ft 6)

The staff is always greeting you and does feel welcoming. Liked the room design. Free coffee machine at the entrance. They also lend out umbrellas during rainy days. Location is pretty convenient and next to the subway.

My biggest issue is the shared wifi is not password protected and it kept disconnecting most of the time. There's a convenience store next to the hotel and there's always a bunch of people smoking over there but it can be avoided by going to the other side of the street.

Excellent location, walkable to Shinsaibashi or Dotonbori. Nagahoribashi metro station is right next to the hotel. Price is a good value for a solo traveller, and room size is decent. The bathroom may be a bit small if you have a large body size, otherwise it is still acceptable. There's a shared coin launderette available on premises but it is always in use, luckily there are coin launderette available within walking distance.

This is my second time staying at Sarasa Hotel Shinsaibashi and the service is as good as ever (probably even better). The staff are so friendly and patient. My Aunt left our keycard inside our room TWICE and they quickly assisted us in getting it back. They even offered and gave us a second set of keycard in case it happens again. (Shoutout to Yuan! She has been very helpful). Location is very good as well. Located literally a few step away from Nagahoribashi station and Crysta (that connects to Shinsaibashi station and a lot of restaurants and shops). It's also walking distance away from Shinsaibashisuji and Dotonbori.

This is more of a nitpick and I know why they are doing this but.. There are no free amenities and room cleaning is only available if you stay for 8 days and above. I'm not sure if this was the case before but it would be nice it there are free ones at least once. But hey! It's just 150yen at the time of writing.

Close to the station, a short walk from Dontonbori ( cca. 12-15 minutes), short walk to a station with a direct line to Shin Osaka Shinkansen station so no need to worry about luggage. Even though you are close to the busy part of Osaka it is extremely quiet and comfortable to sleep. Best bar in Osaka is nearby, Groovy Osaka.

This trip was a last minute trip and I was able to book this hotel without a problem. Located near the famous shopping district in Osaka and was very easy to find. There is a train station nearby as well if you want to catch a train to/from the airport. Wifi was fast, room was clean, and staff were very accommodating to requests. Overall, highly recommend this place if you want to explore Osaka.

A great hotel, fantastic value! Good size rooms for Japan, and very clean! Management are great! The hotel is very well situated, with a train station nearby and a walking distance from the famous Dontobori street, where you can get delicious street food. The staff are very helpful. I can highly recommend the manager Yui Kamishita, who was fantastic!! We mistakenly booked the sister hotel in SHIN-OSAKA, however she was able to shift our books at no extra cost! This saved us a lot of time and money! I would recommend the Sinsaibashi hotel in particular (as it's a chain with many branches), as the staff are excellent.

During my stay in the hotel, my cell phone suddenly failed to function. I turned to the receptionist for help, and he patiently showed me the way to the nearest store where I had my phone fixed. I really appreciate such a great assistance.

It’s 20 minutes walk from main Namba Station. Last minute, they let me borrow an umbrella for me to walk to the train station for my flight. Please do know that I left the umbrella to Kansai airport :)
