Beautiful property with lots of facilities—everything you could need for a home away from home! The unit was spotless when we arrived, and all was in place with clear instructions (e.g. for the laundry, appliances, etc.). The beds were really comfy and though there was only one pillow per bed, it was made out of memory foam so it was still very comfortable. Even the futon in the tatami room was really soft; we'd sleep on them through the night! also loved that the bathroom was huge—there were two sides, plus a middle section so technically 3 people could be using it at the same time, which was so efficient. Of course, it was one of those smart Japanese toilets, which just made the experience even better. I also greatly appreciate the large living area. The sofa was ideal for taking a break, and the dining table was very useful for when we'd have leftovers or convenience store food (which we could eat with the provided plates, utensils, etc. from the condo). The property was just a corner away from Nagahoribashi Station Exit 4 (Saikasuji Line). There's a Lawson on the other corner, and there's a 7-Eleven about another 5 minutes away. It would take about 8-10 minutes to get to Shinsaibashi and maybe 15-20 minutes to get to the Glico man. There are a lot of great restaurants along the way, so you wouldn't have to look far for something to eat (and drink!) but it's also away from the busy areas.

There are a lot of stairs getting to and from the property; keep this in mind if you're carrying a lot of luggage or have kids or elderly in tow. Exit 4 is a whole flight of stairs (there are elevators through other exits though) and the property only has thin walkways. It's also on a seemingly less centralized train line, so you'd likely have to transfer at least once to get to the usual tourist spots (unless you walk; it'd take me 15 mins to get to Dotonbori, 20 mins to get to Namba area and the Horie districts, and 10 mins to Shinsaibashi - and maybe 15 mins to America-mura - on a leisurely stroll). Everything was self-service, i.e. there's no front desk but the rooms are well-equipped with FAQs and instructions and the owners are quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

The location was ideal, a few minutes walk to the subway, shopping and restaurants, but on a quiet side street. The bedroom was spacious for a city apartment in Japan, with two double beds. The bathroom/shower was great, and it was so good to have our own washing machine. The wifi worked very well.

The sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on, too low and saggy. The kitchen was tiny but OK for preparing a simple meal.

The apartment is clean and well-equipped, perfect for a short stay. The location is also very good, easy to reach the metro/bus station. There are also supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. Because there were 5 of us, the room felt crowded, but since we were family members, it didn't bother us.

The proximity of the room to the train station which makes travelling very easy when we move out daily to visit the tourist attractions. It is also near to Dotonbori shopping district. If you are keen, you can take a 10 to 15min walk there instead of the metro.

The second bedroom bedding was poor. Mattress was so thin and the floor was so hard. There was a bad smell coming off from the bathroom ventilation not good.

The appartment is covered with warnings about things not to do (a little bit too much !) 2 beds are futons which are quite slim and hard to sleep on

The host Airi is very helpful & responsive in attending to our need & questions. Location is good & safe. Near to Train station, Lawson and even yamato in case u need a luggage transfer services.

Very clean and spacious I thought for 6 people, great location and was quite really enjoyed our stay.

Walls had a bit of black marks on it but absolutely no biggies enjoyed where we stayed

an experience feels like home in Osaka good location, clean, bedroom is comfortable, a big plus is have a washer it’s so great if you stay for few more days. Service is Great! they specially spend time to show me how to go to the train station, and make sure I won’t miss the train!! thanks a lot !!
