The room is just as shown in the photos, although we did miss having a bit more storage space. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional, and they offered us amenities available on the ground floor. We especially appreciated that they let us dispose of the trash we had accumulated during our trip, as we had a lot of bags and plastic from shopping. As a downside, I would mention that the room can't be ventilated very well, since the windows only open slightly—I imagine this is due to regulations. On the last day, while packing, we noticed quite a bit of dust under the bed, but it's understandable as the bed is placed between two walls and must be hard to move for cleaning. Overall, the hotel is a good option for a solo trip or for couples. It’s about a 15–20 minute walk from the main tourist areas, which we found perfect—not right in the middle of the noise, but close enough. I would stay here again, as the value for money was excellent.

Probably the best sleep I’ve had during my trip to Japan. The bed & pillows were the most comfortable we’ve had in Japan so far. The rooms are small but it’s advertised as such and reflective of the price you pay. The hotel is located in a convenient area. Close to public transportation, local restaurants & convenience stores. Plus, it’s walking distance to Dotonbori. What makes this hotel great is the staff! The staff are friendly and service is great. The hotel manager was even kind enough to let us check into our room at 12pm free of charge. The hotel will receive luggage delivery from other hotels but does not provide luggage delivery services themselves. Regardless, Yamato is a 5 min walk from the hotel or Family Mart is a 3 min walk away - both do luggage delivery.

There is no laundry services here but there are several coin-operated laundromats within walking distance of the hotel. There would sometimes be a slight smell of sewage in the reception area or in the hallway to rooms.

Perfect location 10 minutes from Dotonburi. Close enough to walk but far away enough to be able to sleep! Staff were very kind and helpful with luggage storage and checking in/out. Free water fountain and bathroom amenities in the lobby (razors, cuetips, etc). Great AC unit. Great value for money for a clean and modern room considering where it is, would absolutely stay again!

Even by Japanese standards the room is small, notably the bathroom is miniature. I got the ground floor room so maybe it was just for me, but the window looked straight onto a concrete wall so no natural light.

Great location, next to a train line, near the action of Dotonbori but on a quiet street. Clean and comfortable room with a TV that has built in Netflix and YouTube. Bed was very comfortable for a business hotel.

No ice machine. At night you have to press your paid credit card to activate a keypad they give you the code for when you check in to get in the hotel. It is not staffed at night, so if there are any issues getting in you are in trouble. Also they give you a key to get in the room instead of a card like most other hotels. There is a large fine if you lose the key.

Excellent location near huge PARCO shopping mall and great restaurants. Could easily catch a taxi back when it was late/cold. Very quiet, comfortable and efficient use of space. Netflix, coffee and tea provided were a lovely bonus! Staff were friendly and helpful, definitely good value for money and will stay again in future if we go to Osaka.

The door lock was a little bit hard to get used to, but the staff kindly explained how to do it simply when we asked. (You pull the handle towards you while key is twisted all the way, instead of pulling down which we were more familiar with)

It had everything we could need, the bed was beyond comfy and the aircon was very strong. Tv sp we could watch netflix and youtube. Lots of amenities should you need anything and the staff were lovely

The room like in the pictures is quite small not really but room to move around. The location didn’t feel the loveliest, when we went to leave there was a man asleep outside the front entrance… But it is about 2 minutes to a very central station so very easy for travel

Walking distance to a train station, a bit of a walk to dotonbori area but not that far

staff that is not always available when you need something. During checkin there is a note to call a number but if you are a tourist most likely you dont have a way to call a local number - maybe they can add that number to WhatsApp, line or even viber for foreign tourists. The lighting is a little dark for my liking but opening the curtains helps (just be mindful since there are buildings in front). The pillows are also a bit uncomfortable for me

The location of this hotel was amazing! We were really close to lots of cool bars, restaurants (shout out to Oko, a nearby vegan restaurant), shops, and just a generally cool area. It was also very easy to reach on public transport from the airport. The hotel itself was very clean, with amenities provided including toothbrushes, bathrobes, towels, slippers, etc.

The room was small, but by Japan standards, that is probably normal. The size didn’t bother us, we were still very comfortable, but if you need a lot of space, this is probably an issue for you.

Clean, economical hotel nearby to the shinsaibashi area of Osaka. Hotel has all the amenities you could ask for and bed was very comfortable. The hotel is close to the party area on shinsaibashi but far enough away that the noise doesn’t bother you at night. Staff are amazing and went above and beyond to help us when we accidentally left something in our room at check out - sending it to our next hotel so it could still come home with us on our flight the next day.

The room was spotless but somewhat small. If you travel with a small or medium luggage you won't mind, but we had two large suitcases and opening them was awkward. The location is excellent. Close enough to Namba station to get there walking and Dotonbori is around the corner.

The size of the room. It's not a huge deal since we were spending most of the day out but the room was small even by Japanese standards.
