This is our second time to Osaka and the location was undoubtably the best! Close walking distance to Dontonbori but with lots of resultants and bars around if you don’t want to battle the huge crowds. The staff were really friendly and everything was very tidy and clean. Breakfast with good with lots of hot and cold options. Good price for how close you are to everything!

Small room but the same to other double rooms in Japan.

The location was perfect. It’s just a few minutes walk to Dotonbori and the shopping centers plus close to metro and subway stations. Drinks on the 1st floor was free for all the guest anytime throughout your stay.

No closet for clothes just hangers.

Good location, walking distance to train station, to dotonburi. Many restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Close to Aeon food style shop (my favorite food supermarket of this trip ). Love Breakfast, many kind of food to choose and yummy, nutto., Ramen, rice curry, tempura, onsen eggs and etc. Soft drink, water, tea, cocao, coffee : machine, microwave for free at G floor. Was allowed to check in early 14.00, 1 hr before 15.00 which is regular check in time. Reception was polite, helpful and kind. Room size and bathroom are standard for Japan, room service was everyday (we stayed there for 4 nights). Air conditioner is individually for room ( not central air con ). Air purifier machine available in room. Pajamas available. Elevator available.

The hotel has very good location, where it is close to a few train stations. And there are a lot of food places and stores around the hotel. The environment around the hotel might be a bit complicated with some red light district feeling, but it didn’t bother us too much. The hotel itself looks very pretty and clean, and it is very comfortable to stay in their room. There are free drink bar at the 1F of the hotel, but we were staying at the separate Annex building across the street, so it is a bit inconvenient to get the free drink. The hotel breakfast is pretty good, with Japanese oden and also ramen provided.

We only have good things to say about Shinsaibashi Grand Hotel Osaka. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and even gave us a free room upgrade! The room itself was huge, comfortably fitting two large cases open at the same time, as well as extra space to sit at a sofa. The breakfast was great with a range of options, both Japanese and Western. The location suited us perfectly - close enough to bars and restaurants but still quiet at night and within walking distance of the tube. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Everything was great, there was nothing we didn't like.

Location was near Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Train stations were also minutes away. There were lots of convenience stores within walking distance too. The room was clean and kept tidy everyday. The toiletries and coffee were replenished everyday. The bed was comfortable to sleep into after a tiring day. I also liked that the hotel serves breakfast. There's an area that also has free coffee and drinks for the guests at the ground floor which is available all through out the day. There are coin laundry washing machines and dryers near the lobby too. The staff were also English speaking and very polite.

This is just one tiny thing but I'm not sure if they vacuum the room whenever they clean up. The beds were made, the bathroom was cleaned and replenished, but sometimes we notice that the hallway still looks the same as we left it.

Didn't book accom with breakfast, but ended up getting breakfast each day at an additional cost there because it was so good! much better than anything we could find outside of the hotel. Location was absolutely amazing. walking distance to most of the things we wanted to see and do in Osaka, and lots of places to eat nearby. Staff were very helpful in organising a taxi to OCAT (bus terminal for airport) and providing information and instructions as to how to get to the airport from the hotel via bus. We also got complimentary ramen for dinner one night which was amazing! Fantastic hotel for the price.

The pillows were terrible. I ended up requesting an additional 2 pillows for our room which helped slightly. People in our hallway were noisy which was unfortunate when trying to sleep- but the hotel cannot be blamed for this.

Our favourite breakfast of all our hotels in Japan. Large selection including fresh fruits! Hotel lobby has free access to tea/coffee/sodas which was great, and is walkable to several metro stations, and surrounded by restaurants/bars/convenience stores. Surprisingly quiet given the location - no late night noise/traffic.

Hotel appears to be popular with tour groups, which can cause some lift/check in delays if your timing is unfortunate. Unable to turn bathroom fan off at all in all rooms - background noise

We like the breakfast very much.They are not only all kinds mealsincluding traditional Japense ,western,Chinese food.under choices.The mostly part is almost delicious for each meal.Even more better than the meal we tasted at outside restaurants.The staffs in restaurant are professional with nice attitude.We enjoyed the breakfast time when staying 5 days there.

The bed is not soft enough.

We had housekeeping everyday so the rooms were always clean! All amenities required at a hotel was provided and the location was definitely the best thing about the hotel! Just outside the noisy strip but close enough to walk there.

The rooms are on a smaller side however i think it is standard for Japanese hotel rooms, we had to keep our luggages closed to have space to move around.
