Location was excellent, it was 10-15 mins walk to the train station which can link you to the airport, USJ and Nara Park. There is also a family mart just beside the hotel and - 24hrs don quijote less than 10 mins away. There is also a double door which they will need card access after 10pm. Hotel also provided free self service amenities such as slippers, bath robe, cotton bud, cotton pad, towel and etc.

After 10pm, to get to the hotel, you will have to walk past a red light district where there are many escorts. Not recommended if you have a child or as a solo female traveller. The room is also relatively small, so do take note if you have many luggages.

For the first time I so worry about the hotel is close to entertainment venues and will so very noisy but when walking into the front hotel everything was so quiet and peacful. The staff are very helpful and They always standby for help. I arrived before check in time. They don't have luggage service but the staff let me check-in 2 hours before time. ※ They have a free spaces in the hotel that you can use this but if your bag lose and scratch they didn’t take any responsiblity. Please consider it as appropriate. Including inside the room there is enough space. You can manage space for your suitcase. You can open the curtain to let sunlight through and the noise from below did not disturb. And the best of all, you can walking in 1 mins from hotel to many places in Dontonbori. It nearby Dotonbori Glico sign.

Due to the room is nearby night club and allow for smoking, So you can't avoid the smell of cigarettes and garbage that lay on the floor. And If you go to stay here for alone I don’t recommend that much because front the door hotel area has so many Nanpa and Drunken people. So please stay away from them and hurry and walk into the hotel area or don't go out alone after 10:00 p.m.

The washer and dryer machines didn't work well at all. It left the clothes smelling worse than it used to be and was a waste of money. The washer came with detergent when you paid, but it practically was just water. You can obviously tell it is dirty, and the clothes came out still damp and wrinkly from the drier. Don't use the washing machines. Overall, that's the only bad thing.

The hotel was exactly as shown in the photos. Honestly I saw a lot of mixed reviews about the hotel and was sceptical at first but it was a really great experience. Staff were really great. Amenities were provided in the lobby. Room on the 10th floor was relatively quiet given the area the hotel is located in. Close to Dotonbori markets so lots of food options nearby plus 7-Eleven is right below the hotel. Room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Definitely not 5 star but the hotel isn't 5 star either. Really liked my experience.

Price wise could have been slightly cheaper.

Well positioned in Dotonbori, the local area was a little seedy, but after visiting many high tourist areas in Japan it seems to the way for this country, sex services seem to be a popular thing in the tourist traps, so you can’t blame the hotel for the immediate surrounding area way of business. Like I said you cannot beat the position if you want to be in the action!

The room did have an odor of cigarette, the air conditioner soon sucked out the smell…I have seen other reviews whrrr they complain about no seating in the foyer, they do have a point as after a hot day and you unable to check in by 3pm, you can’t just sit in the air conditioning and relaxe while you wait. Other than that problems

The location, near the train station, near takashimaya, very near Dotonbori. Very near to almost everything. Good value for what we paid. SMALL ROOM BUT CLEAN & COMFORTABLE. NOISY WHEN YOU GO OUTSIDE BUT ATLEAST SAFE & FUN. Can't hear a noise from the outside, maybe its sound proof 😁

After check-out at 10am, left the luggages at the baggage area and went out to spend the rest of day roaming around before heading to the airport. Went back to hotel to get our luggages and thought of FRESHING -UP, UNFORTUNATELY THERE'S NO COMFORT ROOM at the lobby to freshen up. SAD 😥.

The location is perfect for a good stay in Osaka it’s directly in the middle of everything you need to go to and for night life is perfect as the roads surrounding never go quiet and is always a nice environment. We were in a high levelled room so didn’t hear any sounds.

The room cleaning was not done and when it was it was way below standard. They do one full clean for a stay over 3 days but on the day we booked that on, it didn’t happen and we came back to the room the same just with a change of towels. We didn’t end up asking the front desk for it to be done the next day since it wasn’t done so that’s on us. We also randomly found long hair on our clean towels.

The staff were so obliging, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is right in the heart of Dotonbori, great access to amazing food and restaurants. There was a maintenance issue with my room, and the staff relocated me straight away, they were just lovely and accommodating.

I wanted to extend my stay and was told to do it through booking.com and that they could hopefully keep me in the same room. But because the bed configuration was different I had to check out and check back in… not a big deal just a bit frustrating I couldn’t stay in my room. But once again - beautiful staff.

Excellent location, the hotel is very close to shopping and restaurants. Very vibrant part of town on your doorstep and lots of amazing food close by.

They had a very large area available for guests to store luggage before and after check-in. Luckily Japan has very low crime, but I felt a little uneasy leaving all our bags there unattended. It would be better for peace of mind if this was secured or lockable, but we were still thankful to have such a facility and all was ok.
