Check out The Grandee Shinsaibashi if you love cool design. Every room is a different theme. I kind of wish I could have seen all the different available rooms in advance so I could pick a specific one. Also, the location is fairly convenient, near the Shinsaibashi Station. If you have large/heavy suitcases and are walking from the station, it is a bit far. Also note the EXCELLENT lounge here with FREE beer/wine/coffee/water/snacks. The only downside is that it opens in the late afternoon. So it's not possible to access in the morning for a coffee or cappuccino. We had a wonderful large jetted tub and the hotel provided nice bath salts to use. And I like having the robe and lounge clothes made available to use. Nice touch.

The carpeting in our room had some staining and wear/tear. Our room had only one small window, so the room was a bit dim without much daylight. Minor complaints, overall we liked this hotel.

The location was great. A few blocks away from Shinsaibashi. There were konbinis and restaurants all around as well. There is also a free lounge at the ground floor that was really excellent. They had coffee, drinks, beer, wine and even small snacks and cake. This was our favorite part of the stay. The rooms were more spacious that normal Osaka hotels too, it was great for a family with kids.

The rooms were a little musty and the aircon was dirty. The toilets had an old smell too.

We had the suite with the huge couch-like staircase. The design of the room was pretty unique. We also had plenty of space. In general, everything seemed very modern + they even had a home cinema set up for the room (with a sound system and a dangling HDMI connector that we plugged a Chromecast into). The hotel also has a lounge with free drinks and cake. Lastly it is extremely conveniently located - you can reach all sights easily.

- The room did not have any real windows. We could have guessed from the pictures, I guess. - Minor: The couch is fairly soft - I found it too soft for sleeping.

The room is super spacious! Amenities such as towels were provided more than the number pf guests in room! The lounge was great! If only we could have hot coffee too in the morning! The bath tube with water jets is a delightful plus point!

Spacious room with big mordern spa bath tub, we really enjoy the bath after a long day exploring Kyoto, staffs are helful , they have nice lounge area and balcony area with free snack cakery and drink/ alcohol from 1pm till night which is great. Short walk to shopping street- Feris wheel

HUGE rooms and bathroom (much bigger than the photos), we each had a Queen sized bed, everything was super clean and very new, the staff were very attentive, we checked in early and headed out for the day, and when we returned, they had taken up our luggage. We also had complimentary access to the rooftop bar with wine, beer and cakes.

Nothing at all

the bed is large enough for 4 pax to sleep on and the lounge is free drink (Ice coffee / beer/wine) and snack for guest to enjoy with while relaxing at the couch (open at 13:00pm to 22:00pm). coins-laundry is located at 8th floor. shopping Center and restaurants is located nearby.

too many club and pub located around the hotel. the laundry room is too small as it can only allow 1 or 2 pax to enter with limited spaces. too quiet at night and music will playing at the lounge or corridors while daytime. The room toilet 🚽 doesn’t have wash basin and it required me to walk to the bathroom to wash my hand after toileting

The hotel has a nice lounge adjacent to their building where you can enjoy free coffee, free beer, free wine, free desserts and a free piano! It's in walking distance to everywhere in Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. It's a lively area but the hotel is on a quiet side street. The beds are large for Japan and the whole room was a massive suite with a giant jacuzzi tub that could fit four people! And the price was well below many other hotels in the area.

No complaints really. It has everything you could want.

The hotel is located in the heart of Shinsaibashi, close to the train station. It's rare to find such a large hotel room at a reasonable price. There is plenty of space for children to move around, and the bathtub is huge.

I like how clean the rooms were. The service in the hotel was really nice and easy. Friendly helpful staff.

The room was dark. No windows.
