It was close to Dotonbori the main strip , but far enough so it was quite at night which was a nice change. The room was actually quite spacious , staff were lovely. It was cozy. Had an aircon / heater that we could control

The key code door lock was a bit hard to get used too but quite liked it once we got the hang of it

The cleanliness, and the moderness of this Hotel were top notch awesome! The staff were super friendly and very helpful, and same goes to the cleaners for doing a great job cleaning our room! The shower in our room was nice, and the beds were comfortable too! The lighting and heating system were fantastic as well

The bathroom was small, and found it really hard to hang things like my towels and clothes. There was also no room to really put my toiletries, so I placed them on the ground. The bedroom was very tight when it came to moving around too. The location was okay, it's just that it's quiet far to walk from Shinsaibashi Station when you have heavy luggage to carry.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel, which was very close to most of the central streets, very close to Dotonbori. The room was quite spacious, a bed, a table and a chair. There was little natural light, and the furniture was quite minimal. The receptionist was nice, she spoke English, there were amenities you could take (pyjamas, toiletries etc.), a drinks vending machine in the lobby.

The room could have been a bit more decorated since it was so monochrome (gray and white) - there were a lot of blank walls since there was only one window. I feel like if it was decorated it could have been more welcoming.

The staff are fantastic. The facility is clean and well-kept. The room is clean. The toilet and bath are clean. There is a hall that the guests can use for eating and warming foods. The hotel lobby is warm and cozy during winter.

Kindly put additional storage in the bathroom. No place to put personal beauty and hygiene items. Condensation in the bathroom is high,needs attention. Kindly put additional hooks to hang clothes. Better to use wall tv to free up space in the table. Can turn the bottom of the bed into storage as there is no storage in the room.

Location. Easy to check in and check out There is window in room Shower water is strong and there is a small bath tub It’s good price considering all conditions.

It’s noisy even late night, the sound proof or the wall were too thin or weak that I could hear every loud noises from next door and aisle way. Bathroom is a bit too small. Bath and toilet facilities are old style. Pillow is not comfortable, so small and too soft and flat. The quality of the duvet and sheet, cover and quilt are not too good, seems very used and old.

Very close to Dotonbori, just a few minutes walk to the main street. Didn't feel the need to catch much public transport since alot of good places to eat and and drink ate in walking distance.

Found some of the utilities were dusty. The hair-dryer had alot of dust inside it sort of spewed out dust on first use.

It was so clean and modern. Great amenities and self service enough it was convenient, but still enough staff to help. The front desk staff were amazing, especially helping me with a messed up booking and one of the staff helping me fill out the form to send my belongings! Will be staying here next time in Osaka.

Only thing that could improve is a coin laundry, but there was plenty if you took a walk down the street! Also coffee in the rooms.

I can smell cigarette smoke in the hallway and enters into ours due to the space from below the door.. i’ve experience it for three days till they checked out. It very all it was a nice room for couples, small yet clean..
