At first I thought the location was ages away from the main strip at Dotonbori (but that's because I let my BF lead with directions and he led us around) when in fact, it was great! on the end of the bridge location and pit of the way and using the next subway line worked out to be perfect. The room had enough for 2 suitcases and a small table and chairs with a coffee station and fridge. We paid extra for the spa bath and it was totally worth it. Our toilet and bathroom was bigger and great. All in all, I would def stay here again. For a budget hotel, it was great $15000 yen a night was great.

No laundry in the hotel but the coin laundry was 2 mins away and was cheap and quick to use so no real issues at all. Advertised Breakfast on Booking.com website but when asked about it, they didn't offer breakfast, but wasn't a big issue.

Safe location; accessible to subway station and to Doutonbori stuff (restaurants, shops, etc.). After a tiring day, it was always nice going back to a very clean and comfortable room! Frontdesk staff was great, always very helpful! In fact, what made our stay exceptionally great was JANAK of Frontdesk who was always super helpful, and he even took his customer service to the next level by helping us resolve an issue re: a delivery parcel we were waiting for. Super thankful for his great assistance - THANK YOU, JANAK, YOU'RE THE BEST!!!

Hmmm ... if anything, it would've helped if frontdesk staff had strong (tried, tested & very good) recommendations about where to eat, or shop or go! There were just too many options available. But this is a very minor request. Every thing we tried out in Osaka still turned out to be great experiences.

the beds were extremely comfortable, the room was clean, and the towels were very lux as well the tv having netflix/hulu streaming options made it the best as it felt like home away from home. The air conditioner made the sleep incredible as it was cold and cozy after a long day walking in the heat. Also free drip coffee was a much appreciated touch.

We needed to request a second pillow as we both woke up with neck pain the first night using only the one but staff was very accommodating so it was an easy fix. The room window was facing another building so there wasn’t much natural lightening at all but some may prefer as a dark cold room to rest in.

Location is good in terms of the distance to underground stations and the city. However I am not a big fan of the area. Front desk staff are friendly

Carpet on the 4th floor public area was messy. Bathroom facilities are basic and the water flow from the tab was slow. As someone who visited Japan the first time, the star rating of this hotel could be confusing. I expected a 4-star experience however this hotel is more like a 2-3 star to me. Although it delivers good value for money, I would be happy to pay more for a better experience.

Amenities were all provided for. Quiet enough to have a good rest. Safe enough to walk back to hotel at night. The room size is big and ac works fine. Bed is good size as my husband and i shared the bed with our toddler. Shower and toilet are separated. The staff were friendly and helpful. 10 to 15mins walk to dotounbori (2 elderly parents + a toddler).

There is no wardrobe, only hooks to hang our clothes. Perhaps more hanging space (?) Location is not quite near to train stations, it was quite a chore to lug the luggages and to navigate our way to the hotel

Selected this hotel because we wanted to be close to Dotombori & we wanted to havea room that is not too small. We stayed in late February 2024 for 3 nights. Location is good being only about 5 -minutes to the Dotombori area. It is about 8 to 12 minutes walk to the subway stations. The room is very comfortable & for a Twin Room we had 2 single beds. Rooms are clean, the bathroom is a traditional Japanese style with the Onsen setup & the bathtub deep enough for one to take a nice good soak like at an onsen. Reception is super friendly & helpful. This was consistent with all the reception staff there at all the times. Have never stayed in this part of town but it is quiet, safe to walk around at night. There are 2 convenience stores less than 5 minutes walk away.

Great location to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, so if you want shopping and food, you want to be in this area. It is just far enough away from all the noise and lights, but easily walkable and safe. Room size was a tad bit small, but expected this as we sacrified room size for the convenient location. Something to consider is the bed size. Some budget hotels have double beds that can barely fit two people (you can estimate from the pillow spacing). This hotel has a good size bed for two people. Housekeeping is only upon request and only during certain hours, so keep that in mind. All in all, great value for money.

Nothing, as long as one recognizes that you are trading room size for location at a very reasonable price.

Excellent location within easy walk of all the action. A Family Mart is just around the corner for your convenience as well. Easy walking distance to all the action and hire bikes parked out the front if you prefer. Staff are very freindly, English is good and they are happy to assist if you need.

All was good. Rooms a wee bit small but this expected in Japan.

It’s not really clean, especially the bathroom. Also have to use only one keycard, so everytime we got back to the room it was really hot. AC is right above the bed, it was too cold. And the “queen” bed is actually 2 single beds joined together, so in the middle (where we were supposed to sleep) it was very stiff

The location was good. Walking distance to dotounbori and quite near a train station. The staffs were helpful. Some people didn’t like the surrendering of cards every 11AM but it was no problem for us since we wake up right in time since we didn’t experience jet lags

They claim that they changed the sheets but the stains that we left night before were still there the next day.
